【摘要】：資金短缺往往制約著供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)的生產采購決策，影響著供應鏈上下游產業(yè)的配套發(fā)展，進而損害供應鏈整體績效。而貿易信貸融資作為解決供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)資金籌集難題的一種有效融資途徑也就應運而生。在存在貿易信貸融資的供應鏈中，商業(yè)信用與上下游節(jié)點企業(yè)購銷行為結合，有助于促進供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)之間建立長期戰(zhàn)略協同關系，提高供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)的競爭力，同時鏈內資金得以優(yōu)化配置，有助于維持供應鏈的正常運作與發(fā)展，提升供應鏈的整體績效。 本文首先展現我國供應鏈中小節(jié)點企業(yè)受到資金約束的狀況，探討供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)的融資途徑，從融資途徑的角度分析我國供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)的融資現狀，進而提出貿易信貸融資是緩解供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)資金困難的有效對策。同時基于具體的供應鏈系統(tǒng)，分析供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)貿易信貸融資結構及運作過程，對供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)貿易信貸融資進行深入的研究。 本文旨在建立一個由單個供應商和單個具有最優(yōu)訂貨量的零售商組成的供應鏈系統(tǒng)，研究在資金約束下，供應商主導的供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)貿易信貸融資決策模型。供應商為受到資金約束的零售商提供貿易信貸融資方式：完全付款、完全賒購和部分預付。通過構建貿易信貸融資收益模型，對比分析供應商和零售商為使自身的效益達到最優(yōu)的貿易信貸融資策略選擇，并得出在三種不同的貿易信貸融資預付模式下，供應鏈整體效益均是相同的結論。 本文最后，基于供應商、零售商和供應鏈整體的角度，對貿易信貸融資模型進行數值分析。模擬仿真結果驗證了模型的結論，，并提出模型應用的對策與建議。該研究為解決供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)融資困難以及貿易信貸融資業(yè)務的發(fā)展提供了理論和現實的指導意義。
[Abstract]:The shortage of funds often restrict the production purchasing decisions of node enterprises in supply chain, affecting the supply chain supporting the development of downstream industries, and undermine the overall performance of supply chain. And the trade credit financing as an effective way to solve the financing problem of supply chain financing size also emerged. In the presence of trade credit financing supply chain in the combination of commercial credit and downstream node enterprise purchase behavior, promotes between the supply chain node enterprises to establish long-term strategic cooperative relations, improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the supply chain, the chain of funds in the configuration optimization, the normal operation and development helps to maintain the supply chain, enhance the overall performance of the supply chain.
This paper first shows small enterprise supply chain in China by financial constraints, to explore the financing way of node enterprises in supply chain, analyzes the financing status quo of node enterprises in China's supply chain from the financing point of view, and puts forward the effective countermeasures to ease the trade credit financing is the supply chain enterprises financing difficulties. At the same time the specific supply chain system based on the analysis of supply chain node enterprise trade credit financing structure and operation process, in-depth research on the supply chain node enterprise trade credit financing.
This paper aims to establish a supply chain system composed of a single supplier and a single retailer with optimal order quantity, research under financial constraints, the supply of credit financing chain trade model of the leading suppliers. Suppliers for capital constrained by retailers to provide trade credit financing: full payment, credit and prepaid part completely. Through the construction of credit financing trade model, comparative analysis of the supplier and the retailer for the financing strategy of trade credit to make their own benefit to achieve optimal, and come in three different kinds of trade credit financing payment mode, the overall benefit of the supply chain are the same conclusion.
Finally, based on the point of supplier, retailer and the whole supply chain, the numerical analysis of trade credit financing model. The simulation results verify the conclusions of the model, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of model application. The study provides a theoretical and practical significance to solve the financing difficulties of enterprises on Supply Chain and the development of trade credit financing business.
