基于JAVA的超市管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:我國中小企業(yè)的信息化水平普遍不高,仍舊處于開始使用階段;隨著計算機技術(shù)發(fā)展和普及,企業(yè)運用計算機進(jìn)行進(jìn)銷存等諸多環(huán)節(jié)也已成為勢必然。對于進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)不再僅僅解決企業(yè)內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)問題,而且將供應(yīng)商、客戶和企業(yè)三者聯(lián)系在一起,慢慢建立起公司供、銷、產(chǎn)、人、物、才等業(yè)務(wù)步驟,從而組成企業(yè)經(jīng)營一體化的發(fā)展模式。本文課題的研究目標(biāo)是針對中小型超市進(jìn)銷存管理工作中的實際問題和困難,設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)一套科學(xué)、規(guī)范的進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng),以達(dá)到對有效的對整個進(jìn)銷存的各業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行全面的信息化管理,以便體現(xiàn)企業(yè)物流、資金流、信息流三流合一,體現(xiàn)一體化協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的管理,全面提升企業(yè)競爭力。通過調(diào)研分析,進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)需要幫助這類企業(yè)完成對商品的采購、入庫、出庫、庫存盤點、轉(zhuǎn)庫以及商品的銷售、查詢和客戶、供應(yīng)商的基礎(chǔ)資料管理等多項業(yè)務(wù),同時還引入了系統(tǒng)管理、供應(yīng)商與代理商關(guān)系管理以及日常財務(wù)管理。在技術(shù)方面,綜合來看,進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)的最終開發(fā)模式擬定為基于B/S模式的系統(tǒng),選擇了JAVA作為進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺;則相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)將采用MY SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,對于中小型超市的進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)而言MY SQL的功能完全適用于目標(biāo)用戶。用戶群體使用本系統(tǒng)能夠主要實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的快速錄入與存取,能夠保障數(shù)據(jù)錄入的效率以及數(shù)據(jù)存取的安全性,同時能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)信息的共享。對于中小型超市而言,由于自身信息化程度不高,不具備使用大型ERP系統(tǒng)的條件,因此為了解決這類中小企業(yè)信息化管理的問題,本文實現(xiàn)該套系統(tǒng)解決這類企業(yè)的進(jìn)、銷、存等過程中存在的問題,進(jìn)而提高其工作效率。
[Abstract]:The informatization level of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is generally not high, still in the beginning stage; with the development and popularization of computer technology, computer based enterprise Invoicing and many other areas have become an inevitable trend. For the inventory management system not only solve the production problems within the enterprise, and the suppliers, customers and enterprises three together, slowly build up the company for sales, production, material, etc., people, business steps, development mode so as to form the integration of management of the enterprise. The goal of this research project is aimed at small and medium supermarket Invoicing and inventory management practical problems and difficulties in the work, and implement a set of scientific design, specification of inventory management system, information management in order to achieve the effective of the invoicing of all business sectors exist comprehensively, in order to reflect the enterprise logistics, capital flow, information flow integration, integration of Collaborative supply chain management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the investigation and analysis, inventory management system to help these enterprises to complete the procurement of goods, warehousing, warehousing, inventory, transfer and sales, query and customer service providers, a number of basic data management, and also introduced a system of management the relationship between suppliers and agents, day-to-day management and financial management. In terms of technology, in general, to the final invoicing management system development model system based on B/S model, JAVA is selected as the Invoicing management system development platform; the database management system using MY SQL database, for small and medium-sized supermarket Invoicing management system for the MY SQL function is fully applicable to the target user. Quick entry and access user groups using this system can realize data, can guarantee The safety efficiency of data entry and data access, and can realize the sharing of information. For small and medium-sized supermarket, because its informatization level is not high, do not have to use large ERP system, so in order to solve this kind of small and medium enterprise information management problems, this paper realizes the system to solve this kind of enterprises that pin, the existing problems in the process, and improve the work efficiency.
