基于物流全過程管理的大連電力公司供應(yīng)商選擇研究

【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)國家電網(wǎng)公司“物資集約化管理”的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展要求,大連供電公司設(shè)立了物流服務(wù)分中心,具體負(fù)責(zé)市級的物資采購工作。中心成立后,制定了新的物資采購流程,一定程度上實現(xiàn)了物資的統(tǒng)一和集中管理。但由于缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo)和深入的研究,在實際的管理工作中依然存在一定的問題,在實施“三集”管理,構(gòu)建“五大”體系的過程中,遇到了實際的困難。 通過本文的研究,旨在借助物資管理理論的相關(guān)成果,深入挖掘理論精髓和電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資管理的應(yīng)用關(guān)系,將基礎(chǔ)理論與工作實際相結(jié)合,分析大連物流服務(wù)分中心目前管理工作中所存在問題的理論根源,積極探索有效方法來解決工作中存在的問題。論文細(xì)致地梳理了在供應(yīng)商管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和全過程管理三方面存在的問題,并針對各個問題提出改進和優(yōu)化的設(shè)想和方案。 同時,本文在進一步解讀物資管理理論,細(xì)致總結(jié)目前供應(yīng)商選擇的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對供應(yīng)商選擇提出了一套新的指標(biāo)體系,覆蓋整個電網(wǎng)物資供應(yīng)的全過程。特別是,針對實際工作中遇到的區(qū)域設(shè)備多樣化問題,提出了需求兼容性指標(biāo),針對質(zhì)量難以實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)管理的問題,提出了結(jié)算配合度指標(biāo)。最后運用層次分析法,基于對供應(yīng)商某方面的特殊需求,借助專家打分,通過權(quán)重的確定,對這兩項指標(biāo)賦以較高的權(quán)值。在一定程度上突出設(shè)備與需求兼容,質(zhì)量閉環(huán)管理在供應(yīng)商優(yōu)化選擇上的重要性。同時對供應(yīng)商的配送和倉儲環(huán)節(jié)提出相應(yīng)指標(biāo)要求。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the strategic development requirement of "material intensive management" in State Grid Company, Dalian Power supply Company has set up a logistics service sub-center, which is specifically responsible for the procurement of materials at the municipal level. After the establishment of the center, a new material procurement process has been formulated. To a certain extent, the unified and centralized management of materials has been realized. However, due to the lack of systematic theoretical guidance and in-depth research, there are still some problems in the actual management work. In the process of constructing the "five major" system, it has met with practical difficulties. Through the research of this paper, the purpose of this paper is to excavate the relationship between the essence of the theory and the application of the material management of the power grid enterprise, and combine the basic theory with the work practice with the help of the related achievements of the material management theory. This paper analyzes the theoretical roots of the problems existing in the current management of Dalian Logistics Service Subcenter, and actively explores effective methods to solve the problems in the work. The problems of supply chain management and whole process management are discussed. At the same time, on the basis of further interpretation of material management theory and detailed summary of the current research results of supplier selection, this paper proposes a new index system for supplier selection, which covers the whole process of material supply in the whole power grid. In view of the problem of regional equipment diversification in practical work, this paper puts forward the requirement compatibility index, and aiming at the problem that the quality is difficult to realize the closed-loop management, puts forward the index of settlement coordination degree. Finally, the paper applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the special demand of the supplier, with the help of experts and the determination of the weight, the two indexes are given a higher weight value, which to a certain extent highlights the compatibility between the equipment and the demand. The importance of quality closed-loop management in supplier selection is also discussed. At the same time, the index requirements of supplier distribution and warehousing are put forward.
