【摘要】:國有外貿(mào)紡織企業(yè)曾經(jīng)是中國紡織出口的主力軍,,隨著世界經(jīng)濟形勢逐漸復(fù)雜,歐美國家的經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇不穩(wěn)定,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡等一系列問題的存在,國有外貿(mào)紡織企業(yè)的生存受到了重大威脅。而國有外貿(mào)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型又面臨著創(chuàng)新不足、品牌缺乏、營銷渠道的建立等困難,轉(zhuǎn)型有一定的困難。 本文運用PEST分析、五力模型分析、SWOT方法等方法深入分析了國有外貿(mào)紡織企業(yè)的宏微觀及內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,結(jié)合研究對象企業(yè)的資源稟賦,通過定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方式,最終得出BF紡織品進出口公司的轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)該采取多元化和縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略。國有外貿(mào)紡織企業(yè)通過制定SO戰(zhàn)略的經(jīng)營策略來應(yīng)對國內(nèi)其他企業(yè)的競爭。并提出采取增強創(chuàng)新能力,積極開展實業(yè)化建設(shè),促進合作向供應(yīng)鏈上下游延伸,積極實施品牌戰(zhàn)略,開發(fā)自有品牌。同時在戰(zhàn)略實施的過程中要注意風(fēng)險防范才能保證戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型升級有效實施。 本文的創(chuàng)新點是針對當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟形勢,結(jié)合PEST、五力模型、SWOT分析方法對我國國有外貿(mào)紡織企業(yè)的具體情況;在SWOT分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上采用層次分析法分析國有外貿(mào)紡織企業(yè)的內(nèi)外條件,確定內(nèi)外條件的各項得分,運用戰(zhàn)略選擇四邊形得出最優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The state-owned foreign trade textile enterprises used to be the main force in China's textile exports. With the world economic situation gradually complex, the economic recovery of Europe and the United States is unstable, and the economic development of our country is not balanced, a series of problems exist. The survival of state-owned foreign trade textile enterprises is seriously threatened, while the transformation of state-owned foreign trade enterprises is faced with some difficulties such as insufficient innovation, lack of brand, establishment of marketing channels, and so on. This paper analyzes the macro, micro, internal and external environment of state-owned foreign trade textile enterprises by means of PEST analysis, five-force model analysis and so on, and combines the resource endowment of the enterprises studied, through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Finally, the transformation and upgrading strategy of BF Textiles Import and Export Corporation should adopt the strategy of diversification and vertical integration. The state-owned foreign trade textile enterprises should deal with the competition of other domestic enterprises by formulating the management strategy of so strategy. Proposing enhanced innovation capabilities, We should actively carry out industrial construction, promote cooperation extending upstream and downstream of supply chain, actively implement brand strategy and develop own brand. At the same time, we should pay attention to risk prevention in the process of strategy implementation to ensure the effective implementation of strategic transformation and upgrading. According to the current economic situation, the innovation of this paper is the concrete situation of state-owned foreign trade textile enterprises in our country combined with pest and SWOT analysis method. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, the internal and external conditions of state-owned foreign trade textile enterprises are analyzed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the scores of internal and external conditions are determined, and the optimal transformation strategy is obtained by selecting quadrilateral strategies.
