【摘要】：實行改革開放后,中國同西方資本主義國家的關(guān)系出現(xiàn)重大轉(zhuǎn)機,中國企業(yè)的海外市場不斷擴大。面對國內(nèi)外市場環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變的情況,管理信息系統(tǒng)可以有效地整合信息資源,提高效益和效率,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略提供高層決策、中層控制和基層運作,來獲得高效地企業(yè)運作。在管理信息系統(tǒng)中,以信息來控制企業(yè)運作的業(yè)務(wù)過程和服務(wù)過程,然后通過信息的反饋調(diào)整運作計劃,從而全面有效地控制信息管理過程。本文根據(jù)企業(yè)出口貿(mào)易的實際情況,經(jīng)過分析出口貿(mào)易的實際需求和業(yè)務(wù)流程,并結(jié)合信息管理的思想,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)出口貿(mào)易管理信息系統(tǒng)。 首先,本文以某企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)為背景,介紹了管理信息系統(tǒng)的基本概念、研究背景和意義、國內(nèi)外發(fā)展情況以及管理信息系統(tǒng)在出口貿(mào)易中的應(yīng)用情況,并最終確定了本系統(tǒng)的研究目標(biāo)和研究內(nèi)容；在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹了系統(tǒng)所應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。其次,在調(diào)研和梳理企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程的基礎(chǔ)上,針對行政辦公和產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈對系統(tǒng)進行詳細(xì)的需求分析,明確現(xiàn)階段辦公中存在的問題,為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供可靠的需求依據(jù)。并對管理信息系統(tǒng)進行了詳細(xì)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計,利用JDO技術(shù)和JAVA RMI技術(shù)進行MIS應(yīng)用分布式環(huán)境的構(gòu)建,完成了系統(tǒng)接口、數(shù)據(jù)遷移、數(shù)據(jù)庫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境以及安全性的設(shè)計工作。 本系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)從實施策略、具體實現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測試幾個方面進行了詳細(xì)介紹。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)前首先確定了系統(tǒng)實施策略和實施范圍,在此基礎(chǔ)上進行了具體實現(xiàn)。實現(xiàn)結(jié)果與需求分析相互吻合,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)功能的全面性和實用性。根據(jù)企業(yè)辦公和業(yè)務(wù)的運作需求,實現(xiàn)了辦公OA功能、產(chǎn)品銷售合同、備貨、采購、發(fā)運、發(fā)票、應(yīng)收等產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上各個環(huán)節(jié)的功能要求。然后對系統(tǒng)各方面性能進行了測試,驗證了系統(tǒng)的運行狀況。目前該系統(tǒng)已正式上線并開始運行,運行結(jié)果符合系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則和目標(biāo),滿足企業(yè)的辦公和管理需求。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)的自動化辦公和業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)字化管理,為企業(yè)提供了高效的辦公和管理平臺,增強了信息流通和共享的水平,提高了企業(yè)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和運營效率。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of reform and opening up, the relations between China and the western capitalist countries have made a significant turn for the better, and the overseas markets of Chinese enterprises have been constantly expanding. In the face of the complex and changeable market environment at home and abroad, Management information system can effectively integrate information resources, improve efficiency and efficiency, provide high-level decision-making, middle level control and grass-roots operation for enterprise strategy. The business process and service process of enterprise operation are controlled by information, and then the operation plan is adjusted by feedback of information, so that the information management process can be controlled completely and effectively. After analyzing the actual demand and business process of export trade and combining the idea of information management, the enterprise export trade management information system is designed and implemented. First of all, this paper introduces the basic concept, research background and significance of management information system, the development situation at home and abroad, and the application of management information system in export trade based on the background of a certain enterprise management information system. Finally, the research objectives and contents of the system are determined. On this basis, the key technologies used in the system are introduced. Secondly, on the basis of researching and combing the existing business processes of the enterprise, Based on the detailed demand analysis of the administrative office and product supply chain, the problems existing in the present office are clarified, and the reliable demand basis for the system design is provided, and the management information system is designed in detail. The system interface, data migration, database, network environment and security are designed by using JDO technology and JAVA RMI technology to construct the MIS application distributed environment. The realization of the system is introduced in detail from the following aspects: implementation strategy, specific implementation, system testing. Before the system is implemented, the system implementation strategy and scope are first determined. On this basis, the concrete realization is carried out. The results are consistent with the requirement analysis, and the comprehensive and practical functions of the system are realized. According to the operational requirements of the enterprise office and business, the OA function, the product sales contract, and the stocking are realized. Purchasing, shipping, invoice, receivable and other products in the supply chain of the functional requirements. Then the performance of the system has been tested to verify the operating status of the system. The operation results accord with the design principles and objectives of the system, and meet the needs of the office and management of the enterprise. The system realizes the automation office of the enterprise and the digitized management of the business, and provides an efficient office and management platform for the enterprise. Enhance the level of information flow and sharing, improve enterprise management standards and operational efficiency.
