【摘要】：從庫(kù)存成本和運(yùn)輸成本權(quán)衡的角度出發(fā),建立了需求不確定下的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)策略集中庫(kù)存系統(tǒng)模型。分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)策略對(duì)于產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)輸方式、運(yùn)輸批量、運(yùn)輸頻率等運(yùn)輸決策以及運(yùn)輸成本所帶來(lái)的影響。最后,通過(guò)一個(gè)算例計(jì)算了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)策略下運(yùn)輸決策的改變所帶來(lái)的運(yùn)輸成本增加值,結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于需求不確定性較高的產(chǎn)品而言,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)策略下的物流總成本的降低比傳統(tǒng)模式更為顯著。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of inventory cost and transportation cost balance point, establish the demand uncertainty of supply chain risk sharing strategy under centralized inventory system model. Analyzed the risk sharing strategy for the products of the mode of transport, transport volume, transport frequency and other transportation decision and transport costs caused by the increase of risk sharing. Finally, the transportation decision-making strategy the change of transportation cost value calculated by a numerical example. The results show that the demand for higher uncertainty products, risk sharing strategy to reduce the total cost of the logistics is more significant than the traditional model.
