A服裝公司ERP開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,要求企業(yè)改善經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,降低產(chǎn)品成本和及時(shí)掌握市場(chǎng)變化信息等,以增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)多變的能力。這就必須運(yùn)用科學(xué)的管理思想與先進(jìn)的管理方法,對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的諸要素進(jìn)行優(yōu)化組合和合理配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)管理整體優(yōu)化的目的。 ERP代表了一種先進(jìn)的管理思想和先進(jìn)的管理方式,是一種結(jié)合先進(jìn)技術(shù)、面向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的先進(jìn)管理方式。它可以幫助企業(yè)對(duì)其擁有的各種資源進(jìn)行有效的整合。對(duì)企業(yè)采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售、資金、成本甚至人力資源和設(shè)備等方面都能進(jìn)行有效合理的規(guī)劃,優(yōu)化組合配置,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 A公司是一家小型服裝企業(yè),隨著規(guī)模的逐漸擴(kuò)大,現(xiàn)有的管理模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應(yīng)跨區(qū)域的異地多點(diǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)。為了在第一時(shí)間獲取經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)和市場(chǎng)信息,必須把對(duì)專賣(mài)店、加盟商、批發(fā)商由原來(lái)的分散獨(dú)立管理轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧泄芾。利用ERP系統(tǒng),企業(yè)的決策者、管理者、員工、供應(yīng)商、加盟商可以直接連接到總部的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器,每一筆業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)生都可以實(shí)時(shí)反饋至公司總部,總部可以及時(shí)了解銷(xiāo)售、庫(kù)存、市場(chǎng)變化、顧客需求等最新最準(zhǔn)確的消息,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)反饋調(diào)整生產(chǎn)、計(jì)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、原輔料供應(yīng)、貨品調(diào)配等工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)用最優(yōu)的庫(kù)存、最快的速度使整個(gè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)達(dá)到最佳運(yùn)營(yíng)狀態(tài)[2]。 本文選用A公司為研究案例,敘述了該公司ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施過(guò)程。首先描述了A公司信息化現(xiàn)狀以及ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施目標(biāo),其次分析了主要模塊的業(yè)務(wù)流程,最后對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)、實(shí)施前準(zhǔn)備和實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施后,提高了工作效率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力大幅提升,同時(shí)也可以為其它中小型服裝零售企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建和實(shí)施提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Modern enterprises are faced with a competitive market environment, which requires enterprises to improve management, improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce product costs and timely grasp market change information, etc. In order to enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise and adapt to the changeable market, it is necessary to optimize the combination and rational allocation of the elements of the production and management of the enterprise by using scientific management ideas and advanced management methods. The purpose of overall optimization of enterprise management is realized. ERP represents a kind of advanced management thought and advanced management mode. It is a kind of advanced management mode which combines advanced technology and faces modern enterprises. It can help enterprises to effectively integrate all kinds of resources they have. Production, sales, capital, cost and even human resources and equipment and other aspects of effective and reasonable planning, optimization of portfolio allocation, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Company A is a small clothing enterprise, with the gradual expansion of the scale, the existing management model can no longer adapt to cross-regional multi-point operation. From decentralized and independent management to centralized management, the decision makers, managers, employees, suppliers and franchisees of the enterprise can directly connect to the data server of the headquarters, using the ERP system, the enterprise's decision makers, managers, employees, suppliers, and franchisees can directly connect to the data servers of the headquarters. Each business can be fed back to the company's headquarters in real time. The headquarters can keep abreast of the latest and most accurate news, such as sales, inventory, market changes, customer demand, etc., and adjust production, planning, design, raw and auxiliary materials supply according to market feedback. Product allocation, to achieve optimal inventory, the fastest speed of the entire marketing system to achieve the best operating state [2]. In this paper, A company is selected as a case study to describe the implementation process of the company's ERP system. Firstly, it describes the information status of company A and the implementation goal of the ERP system, and then analyzes the business process of the main modules. Finally, the technical framework, preparation and implementation process of the ERP system are summarized. After the implementation of the ERP system, the working efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the competitiveness of the company is greatly enhanced. At the same time, it can also provide reference for the construction and implementation of ERP system in other small and medium clothing retail enterprises.
