【摘要】：我國進出口貿易一直呈快速發(fā)展的狀態(tài),雖然在金融危機后出現(xiàn)了減弱的情況,但近兩年來隨著國內企業(yè)的壯大又呈現(xiàn)出大量增長的態(tài)勢,而其中加工工廠的進出口量占有大量份額.同時海關對于進出口貨物的通關質量提出越來越高的要求；進出口加工企業(yè)受市場的影響,對于市場的敏感度直接影響著企業(yè)對于貨物供應速度的要求。為了發(fā)展企業(yè)的核心競爭力,對市場的快速響應成為了企業(yè)關注的重點。這一要求對企業(yè)供應鏈管理提出了很高要求,其中作為進出口加工企業(yè)供應中重要的一環(huán)——進出口業(yè)務管理也逐漸成為了企業(yè)關注的重點。而對企業(yè)進出口流程的管理和優(yōu)化,對于企業(yè)合規(guī)經(jīng)營、提高通關效率、節(jié)約物流成本和人力成本具有很重大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文從流程優(yōu)化的角度,結合加工企業(yè)進出口流程問題進行優(yōu)化和改善,對天津摩比斯公司進行進出口業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化研究。本文首先根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀提出本文研究的背景和意思,并對流程優(yōu)化的發(fā)展進行了簡單介紹,同時,闡述了流程優(yōu)化的原則和方法,為后文對現(xiàn)有流程的分析和建議以及進行實際流程優(yōu)化提供了理論準備。之后,描述了整個摩比斯集團和天津摩比斯公司的現(xiàn)況,對其進出口業(yè)務進行了描述,采用ECRS分析法,分析其進出口流程中存在的問題和潛在風險。然后,根據(jù)企業(yè)本身的資源和狀況,針對其流程中產(chǎn)生問題的根本原因,優(yōu)化和改善其流程中的缺陷和弊端。最后,對其流程優(yōu)化的效果進行預評估,并提供后續(xù)監(jiān)督和持續(xù)改進計劃。本文希望通過分析摩比斯公司具有現(xiàn)實性的流程優(yōu)化設計,總結摩比斯公司在進出口優(yōu)化流程在運行當中的經(jīng)驗,能夠為其他進出口加工企業(yè)的流程改善提供一些借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:China's import and export trade has been in a state of rapid development, although it has weakened after the financial crisis, but in the last two years, with the growth of domestic enterprises, it has shown a large growth trend. And among them the import and export of processing factory holds a large share. At the same time, the customs put forward more and more high requirements for the quality of import and export goods, and the sensitivity of the import and export processing enterprises to the market has a direct impact on the requirements for the speed of goods supply. In order to develop the core competitiveness of enterprises, the rapid response to the market has become the focus of attention. This requirement puts forward the very high request to the enterprise supply chain management, in which the import and export business management, as an important link in the supply of the import and export processing enterprise, has gradually become the focus of the enterprise attention. The management and optimization of enterprise import and export process is of great practical significance for enterprises to comply with the management, improve the efficiency of customs clearance, and save logistics and manpower costs. From the point of view of process optimization, this paper optimizes and improves the import and export process of processing enterprises, and studies the import and export business process optimization of Tianjin Mobis Company. In this paper, the background and meaning of this study are put forward according to the present situation, and the development of process optimization is briefly introduced. At the same time, the principles and methods of process optimization are expounded. It provides the theoretical preparation for the analysis and suggestion of the existing process and the practical process optimization. After that, the paper describes the current situation of the whole Mobius Group and Tianjin Mobius Company, describes its import and export business, and analyzes the problems and potential risks in its import and export process by using ECRS analysis method. Then, according to the resources and situation of the enterprise itself, aiming at the root cause of the problems in the process, the defects and drawbacks in the process are optimized and improved. Finally, the effect of process optimization is pre-evaluated, and follow-up supervision and continuous improvement plan are provided. This paper hopes that through analyzing the realistic process optimization design of Mobius Company, summing up the experience of the process of import and export optimization, this paper can provide some reference for the process improvement of other import and export processing enterprises.
