供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間“互動(dòng)—服務(wù)”雙導(dǎo)向與價(jià)值共創(chuàng)對(duì)合作創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology in our country, the demand for products and services that customers need is more diverse. The reason lies in the rapid development of economic globalization. With the change of the social environment, the pressure of the enterprise is more and more great, mainly concentrated in the diversity of production products and high-quality "personalized" service. Only by constantly meeting the needs of the society, the enterprise can continue to develop. However, with the diversity and individuation of the output, the traditional core competence of each enterprise gradually disappears, and the pattern of competition between traditional enterprises to divide the market is broken, instead of looking for the core competence in the supply chain between enterprises. At the same time, the competitive relationship among traditional enterprises has also undergone subtle changes, and the degree of cooperation between enterprises is constantly strengthened, on the basis of which the supply chain between enterprises is formed. To sum up, the change of environment changes from competition to cooperation among enterprises, from "single win" to "win-win", which is based on the smooth development of supply chain among enterprises. At the same time, cooperative innovation performance among supply chain enterprises has become the focus of common concern of member enterprises, and it is particularly important to explore its impact mechanism. In this paper, the supply chain as the research object, mainly to study the interaction between supply chain enterprises, service orientation and value creation on the impact of cooperative innovation performance. In this study, we regard the inter-firm interaction as independent variable, cooperative innovation performance as dependent variable, value creation as intermediary variable, and service orientation as adjustment variable. Although many literatures have studied the influence of interaction orientation and service orientation on the performance of cooperative innovation, most of the previous studies are based on the individual level and regard it as a single factor. However, there are few studies on their organic integration as two strategic orientations that have a common impact on the performance of cooperative innovation. The focus of this paper is to study the impact of interaction orientation and service orientation on cooperative innovation performance and the intermediary role of value creation between interactive orientation and cooperative innovation performance. In the course of the research, the idea of this paper is as follows: firstly, the significance and background of the topic are expounded, and a large number of valuable literature are read to support the topic selection. Then, on the basis of the theory, the relationship model between interactive orientation, service orientation, value creation and cooperative innovation performance is constructed, and the relevant research hypotheses are put forward. Secondly, the mature scale developed by scholars at home and abroad is used to design the questionnaire, and the questionnaire and distribution are carried out. Finally, the questionnaire is collected and the data of the questionnaire is analyzed and processed. Thirdly, 334 questionnaires were empirically analyzed by using AMOS21.0 / SPSS 17.0 and other mathematical analysis softwares. The results show that interactive orientation has a significant positive impact on value creation and cooperative innovation performance. Value creation has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance, value creation plays an intermediary role in the process of interaction orientation affecting cooperative innovation performance. Service orientation plays a significant positive role in regulating the relationship between interaction orientation and value creation, and service orientation plays a significant positive role in the relationship between interaction orientation and cooperative innovation performance. Finally, according to the conclusion of this study, the paper puts forward the rational management suggestions to promote the long-term stable development of cooperative relationship between supply chain enterprises and improve the innovation performance of supply chain cooperation, and puts forward the prospect of future research in view of the shortcomings of this study.
