FC公司售后服務回收物料庫存管理研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀后,各個行業(yè)競爭都日益激烈,消費者的需求已不僅僅限于有形產品,而對售后服務提出了更多的要求,企業(yè)逐漸將競爭的焦點轉到售后服務上來。企業(yè)為了滿足客戶不斷提高的期望,不斷迎合客戶變化的需求,勢必會導致大量庫存。在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中,庫存管理已成為一個越來越重要的管理環(huán)節(jié),優(yōu)秀的庫存管理可以幫助企業(yè)降低成本、維持高水平的客戶滿意度、增強企業(yè)的競爭力并提高盈利能力。本文針對FC公司售后服務回收物料庫存管理展開了研究,主要解決了導致回收物料庫存過高的兩個問題:客戶需求變化較快和不良回收物料維修周期過長。論文通過對FC公司售后服務回收物料的庫存管理的優(yōu)化,有效降低了公司庫存管理成本,保證客戶服務水平,提升企業(yè)利潤。論文在對FC公司售后服務回收物料庫存存在的問題進行詳細分析的基礎上,引入基于時間序列的需求預測方法對客戶需求進行預測,并在需求預測改善的基礎上,采用多種庫存管理策略應用到回收物料的庫存管理中來。同時,論文運用供應鏈環(huán)境下的庫存管理理論,在FC公司推行了供應商庫存管理方法。通過售后服務回收物料庫存優(yōu)化方案的實施,FC公司庫存管理的三大指標(庫存周轉天數(shù)、呆滯庫存比例、不良庫存比例)均有20%的提升,有效提升了庫存管理水平,大幅度降低了庫存成本。論文研究提出的需求預測方法和供應商庫存管理方案,對解決具有季節(jié)性需求的企業(yè)需求預測和庫存管理問題,具有一定的指導和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, competition in various industries is becoming increasingly fierce. Consumer demand is not limited to tangible products, but more requirements have been put forward for after-sales service. Enterprises gradually shift the focus of competition to after-sales service. In order to meet the increasing expectations of customers and meet the changing needs of customers, enterprises will inevitably lead to a large amount of inventory. In modern enterprise management, inventory management has become an increasingly important part of management, excellent inventory management can help enterprises reduce costs, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve profitability. In this paper, the inventory management of after-sales service recycled materials in FC Company is studied, which mainly solves the two problems that lead to the excessive inventory of recovered materials: the rapid change of customer demand and the long maintenance period of bad recovered materials. By optimizing the inventory management of after-sales service materials recovered by FC Company, the paper effectively reduces the cost of inventory management, ensures the level of customer service, and promotes the profits of enterprises. Based on the detailed analysis of the problems existing in the after-sales service of FC Company, this paper introduces the time series based demand forecasting method to forecast the customer demand, and improves the demand forecast. A variety of inventory management strategies are applied to the inventory management of recycled materials. At the same time, the paper applies the theory of inventory management in supply chain environment to implement the method of supplier inventory management in FC Company. Through the implementation of after-sales service material inventory optimization program, FC company inventory management of the three indicators (inventory turnover days, stagnant inventory ratio, bad inventory ratio) have 20% promotion, effectively improve the level of inventory management, Greatly reduced inventory costs. The method of demand forecasting and supplier inventory management are studied in this paper, which can be used as guidance and reference for solving the problem of enterprise demand forecasting and inventory management with seasonal demand.
