產(chǎn)品保修下供應(yīng)鏈決策與協(xié)調(diào)問題研究

【摘要】:全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和專業(yè)化分工趨勢促使企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競爭向供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)化,合作與共贏成為當(dāng)前市場競爭的主題。在當(dāng)前激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境下,服務(wù)質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為顧客選擇產(chǎn)品的主要因素之一。產(chǎn)品保修作為廠商對(duì)顧客的一種承諾,在售后服務(wù)體系中具有舉足輕重的作用。而有效的保修策略需要供應(yīng)鏈中各成員有效的配合,否則容易導(dǎo)致顧客糾紛,,影響顧客滿意度和企業(yè)的社會(huì)形象。因此,供應(yīng)鏈中各方能否實(shí)現(xiàn)有效協(xié)調(diào)是產(chǎn)品保修服務(wù)能否發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有功效以提升供應(yīng)鏈整體競爭力的關(guān)鍵所在。 本文分別以由一個(gè)制造商和一個(gè)零售商組成的二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈和由一個(gè)供應(yīng)商和一個(gè)制造商組成的二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈為研究對(duì)象,探討了產(chǎn)品保修下供應(yīng)鏈的決策與協(xié)調(diào)問題。首先,對(duì)產(chǎn)品保修和供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概括,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)制造、營銷和使用維護(hù)四個(gè)階段涉及的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和保修問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。其次,對(duì)產(chǎn)品保修下制造商和零售商、供應(yīng)商和制造商之間的決策問題進(jìn)行了建模分析,并分別設(shè)計(jì)了協(xié)調(diào)契約以實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈整體最優(yōu),豐富了產(chǎn)品保修理論和供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的同時(shí)也為企業(yè)管理決策提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:The trend of global economic integration and specialization makes the competition between enterprises transform into the competition between supply chain and supply chain. Cooperation and win-win become the current theme of market competition. In the current competitive market environment, service quality has become one of the main factors for customers to choose products. As a commitment to customers, product warranty plays an important role in after-sales service system. The effective warranty strategy needs the effective cooperation of the members in the supply chain, otherwise it will easily lead to customer disputes and affect the customer satisfaction and the social image of the enterprise. Therefore, whether the parties in the supply chain can achieve effective coordination is the key to whether the product warranty service can play its due role in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. In this paper, a two-level supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer, and a two-level supply chain composed of a supplier and a manufacturer, respectively, are taken as the research objects, and the decision and coordination of the supply chain under product warranty are discussed. First of all, the related theories of product warranty and supply chain management are summarized, and the product quality and warranty problems involved in the four stages of product development and design, production and manufacture, marketing and use and maintenance are summarized. Secondly, the decision problem between manufacturer and retailer, supplier and manufacturer under product warranty is modeled and analyzed, and coordination contract is designed to realize the overall optimal supply chain. It not only enriches the theory of product warranty and supply chain management, but also provides a theoretical reference for enterprise management decision.
