SA服飾公司成衣庫存管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:自2012年以來,宏觀經(jīng)濟形勢持續(xù)疲軟,電商,移動互聯(lián)等新興經(jīng)濟模式的崛起強烈沖擊著傳統(tǒng)制造行業(yè),消費者的消費觀念趨于舒適的購買體驗和個性化需求,在這樣的大環(huán)境下,曾經(jīng)蓬勃發(fā)展的服裝行業(yè)處于增長放緩甚至下降的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,許多國內(nèi)服裝企業(yè)在堆積如山、銷售不出去的庫存面前不得不關(guān)門大吉。與之相比較的國際服裝巨頭卻依靠自己強大的供應(yīng)鏈體系,市場反應(yīng)迅速,極大地滿足消費者的需要,在競爭中贏得優(yōu)勢地位。 本文從服裝企業(yè)庫存現(xiàn)狀入手,將利用供應(yīng)鏈理論、供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理與控制理論等理論工具,對著名上市公司SA服飾公司目前存在的庫存問題進行實證研究。通過分析SA服飾公司庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀與存在原因,從供應(yīng)鏈管理角度提出庫存管理優(yōu)化解決方案。方案內(nèi)容主要包括基于供應(yīng)鏈視角的市場需求預(yù)測、公司總部庫存和終端庫存管理優(yōu)化、建立快速反應(yīng)型的供應(yīng)鏈以提供定制化產(chǎn)品和倉儲配送優(yōu)化等方面來解決公司目前存在的庫存問題。方案實施保障涉及供應(yīng)鏈合作機制的建立、庫存管理信息化建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)管理流程改進等等一系列措施。 本文是一篇應(yīng)用型論文,希望本文提出的解決方案能夠為SA公司的庫存管理優(yōu)化提供借鑒,為公司未來的發(fā)展奠定更好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, the macroeconomic situation has continued to weaken, the rise of emerging economic models, such as e-commerce, mobile interconnection, etc., has strongly impacted the traditional manufacturing industry. Consumer consumption concepts tend to be comfortable to purchase experience and personalized demand. In such a big environment, once the clothing industry has been booming in a slowing down or even declining development situation, many domestic clothing enterprises in the accumulation of inventory, sales have to close down in front of. By contrast, the international clothing giant relies on its own strong supply chain system, the market response is rapid, greatly meet the needs of consumers, and win the advantage position in the competition. Based on the inventory status of garment enterprises, this paper makes an empirical study on the inventory problems of SA clothing Company, a famous listed company, by using the theory of supply chain theory, supply chain inventory management and control theory and so on. By analyzing the present situation and existing reasons of inventory management in SA apparel company, the paper puts forward the solution of inventory management optimization from the point of view of supply chain management. The program mainly includes the market demand forecast based on the supply chain perspective, the optimization of the company headquarters inventory and the terminal inventory management. A rapid response supply chain is established to provide customized products and warehousing and distribution optimization to solve the current inventory problems of the company. The implementation of the scheme involves the establishment of supply chain cooperation mechanism, the information construction of inventory management, the improvement of production management process and a series of measures. This paper is an application-oriented paper. I hope the solution can provide a reference for the inventory management optimization of SA company and lay a better foundation for the future development of the company.
