【摘要】：以網(wǎng)購(gòu)供應(yīng)鏈為研究對(duì)象,建立了網(wǎng)購(gòu)供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存與運(yùn)輸聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),ITIO聯(lián)合優(yōu)化過(guò)程中存在信息不安全、利潤(rùn)分配難、訂單分散與大批量運(yùn)輸矛盾難以調(diào)和、售后服務(wù)難、制約了ITIO利潤(rùn)增加、同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇了成本節(jié)約的壓力等障礙因素。從建立信息保障機(jī)制、合理設(shè)計(jì)利潤(rùn)分配制度、平臺(tái)商搭橋做好各方庫(kù)存與運(yùn)輸整合、各家企業(yè)協(xié)作共建售后服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、以聯(lián)合優(yōu)化的差異化破解同質(zhì)化困局等方面提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Taking online purchase supply chain as the research object, the joint optimization model of inventory and transportation in online shopping supply chain is established. It is found that in the process of joint optimization, the information is unsafe, the profit distribution is difficult, the contradiction between order dispersion and mass transportation is difficult to reconcile, and the after-sales service is difficult, which restricts the increase of ITIO profit. Homogenization of competition intensifies the pressure of cost savings and other obstacles. From the establishment of information security mechanism, the reasonable design of profit distribution system, the platform business bridge to do a good job of inventory and transportation integration, the cooperation of various enterprises to build after-sales service network, The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of homogenization by joint optimization.
