S公司供應(yīng)商管理改善方案研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨的競爭越來越激烈,如何持續(xù)提高企業(yè)的競爭力,是許多企業(yè)面臨和思考的問題。當(dāng)前現(xiàn)在企業(yè)管理不再只是管理自己企業(yè)的生產(chǎn),企業(yè)之間的競爭己不再是企業(yè)個體之間的直接競爭,而是企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭,要將整個供應(yīng)商管理應(yīng)用到企業(yè)管理的理念當(dāng)中去。而供應(yīng)商管理作為供應(yīng)鏈管理中的重要環(huán)節(jié),其管理好壞決定了整個供應(yīng)鏈的運作效率,對供應(yīng)鏈管理起著至關(guān)重要的作用,它能夠衡量供應(yīng)鏈目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)程度,從而為企業(yè)管理者提供信息支持。能使企業(yè)更有效率地控制供應(yīng)鏈上的每一個節(jié)點,,用以減少風(fēng)險和提高競爭力。因此研究企業(yè)供應(yīng)商的管理策略,并采取措施加以改善,對提高供應(yīng)鏈管理的效率具有十分重要的意義。 一個良好的供應(yīng)鏈管理能縮短產(chǎn)品交付時間、減低總體成本,為公司及顧客增加更多價值。整體供應(yīng)鏈管理逐漸地被視為企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略的核心。本文首先介紹了對于供應(yīng)商管理的研究背景、目的以及意義,和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀,其次在此基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了供應(yīng)商管理的基本概念和理論,分析供應(yīng)商管理的內(nèi)容。再次選擇了S公司所在的自行車行業(yè)作為研究的個案,對供應(yīng)鏈中的采購環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行剖析,對S公司供應(yīng)商管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出S公司供應(yīng)商管理在供應(yīng)商選擇、供應(yīng)商分類以及供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理等方面存在的問題,并提出對供應(yīng)商管理各階段的改善方案和具體措施,合理的利用資源,從而取得競爭優(yōu)勢。最后,對本文的研究作了相應(yīng)的總結(jié),指出S公司未來在供應(yīng)商管理方面的工作重點和需要注意的地方。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition. How to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises is a problem that many enterprises face and think about. At present, enterprise management is no longer just managing the production of its own enterprise, but the competition among enterprises is no longer the direct competition among the enterprises, but the competition between the supply chains of the enterprises. The whole supplier management should be applied to the concept of enterprise management. As an important link in supply chain management, supplier management determines the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain and plays a vital role in supply chain management. It can measure the degree of realization of supply chain objectives. In order to provide information support for enterprise managers. It enables enterprises to control each node in the supply chain more efficiently to reduce risk and improve competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the supplier management strategy and take measures to improve the efficiency of supply chain management. A good supply chain management can shorten the product delivery time, reduce the overall cost, and add more value to the company and customers. The whole supply chain management is gradually regarded as the core of the enterprise competitive strategy. This paper first introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research on supplier management, and the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, it expounds the basic concept and theory of supplier management, and analyzes the content of supplier management. Thirdly, the paper chooses the bicycle industry of S company as the case study, analyzes the purchasing link in the supply chain, analyzes the current situation of the supplier management in S company, and points out that the supplier management of S company is in the supplier selection. The problems in supplier classification and supplier relationship management are put forward, and the improvement schemes and concrete measures in each stage of supplier management are put forward to make rational use of resources so as to obtain the competitive advantage. Finally, this paper summarizes the research and points out the key points of S company's future work in supplier management and points out the points to be paid attention to.
