【摘要】：近年來(lái),日本的整體國(guó)力及經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力持續(xù)低迷,迫使其關(guān)于對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的態(tài)度逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?激進(jìn)式"的保守模式,而TPP則是其最顯著的例證之一。在此背景下,日本將TPP視為國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)型與經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的"救命稻草",甚至希冀依托TPP構(gòu)建以日本為核心的新產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈。受其影響,日本對(duì)華的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作遭遇停滯不前的尷尬境遇,部分領(lǐng)域甚至出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重倒退,雙方合作前景令人堪憂。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Japan's overall national strength and economic strength have continued to decline, forcing its attitude on foreign economic cooperation to gradually change into a "radical" conservative model, and TPP is one of its most prominent examples. Under this background, Japan regards TPP as the "lifeline straw" of national transformation and economic recovery, and even hopes to build a new industrial value chain with Japan as the core relying on TPP. Affected by this, Japan's economic cooperation with China has suffered an awkward situation of stagnation, and in some areas there has even been a serious setback, and the prospects for cooperation between the two sides are worrying.
