【摘要】：ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning,企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃)系統(tǒng),作為一個(gè)綜合的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),在當(dāng)今的企業(yè)發(fā)展中,越來(lái)越體現(xiàn)出其重要的價(jià)值。它將企業(yè)的所有業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作整合在一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的平臺(tái)之下,管理資金、物料和人力資源等各種內(nèi)部和外部資源。針對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP,進(jìn)行信息化的改革,其本身蘊(yùn)含的很多先進(jìn)管理方式,例如精益生產(chǎn)、敏捷制造的思想和基于供應(yīng)鏈資源管理的方法,無(wú)疑可以降低企業(yè)運(yùn)行和生產(chǎn)成本,做到最優(yōu)的管控,同時(shí)節(jié)省相當(dāng)?shù)娜肆?提高員工績(jī)效,大幅提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文以某小型訂單加工生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)為背景,針對(duì)該企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)模式和信息基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),從訂單生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的需求分析著手,梳理業(yè)務(wù)流程,針對(duì)其生產(chǎn)的特殊性,將訂單作為整個(gè)生產(chǎn)起始的觸發(fā)條件,整合樣品、倉(cāng)庫(kù),采購(gòu)和生產(chǎn)管理等。在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,根據(jù)主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃(Master Production Schedule),側(cè)重對(duì)訂單的管理,對(duì)公司所有的生產(chǎn)物料進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)并確定產(chǎn)成品數(shù)量和交貨日期等信息。 在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方面,采用B/S的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),軟件開(kāi)發(fā)體系采用多層架構(gòu)模式,分為web展現(xiàn)層,服務(wù)接口層,業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)層和數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)層。使用面向SOA的技術(shù),動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)交互的頁(yè)面構(gòu)造采用DWZ富客戶端框架進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。根據(jù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)功能的區(qū)域性分布特點(diǎn),采用多工作流的設(shè)計(jì)方式以保證不同生產(chǎn)功能部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的一致性。系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)采用.Net技術(shù),在業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)層,應(yīng)用基于SOA的WCF解決技術(shù)完成。 該系統(tǒng)在完成開(kāi)發(fā)并通過(guò)測(cè)試后,交付用戶進(jìn)行試運(yùn)行,因?yàn)椴捎昧嘶�于訂單的ERP定制開(kāi)發(fā),系統(tǒng)很好的與客戶業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行匹配并能及時(shí)反饋給用戶各種關(guān)鍵信息,已初步得到用戶的認(rèn)可。
[Abstract]:ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, as a comprehensive computer system, is becoming more and more important in today's enterprise development. For enterprises to implement ERP and carry out the reform of informationization, there are many advanced management methods, such as lean production, agile manufacturing and supply chain resource management, which can undoubtedly reduce the operation and production costs of enterprises, achieve optimal management and control, save considerable manpower, improve employee performance, and greatly enhance. The core competitiveness of enterprises.
Based on the background of a small order processing and production enterprise and the existing business model and information infrastructure of the enterprise, this paper starts with the demand analysis of the order manufacturing enterprises, combs the business process, takes the order as the trigger condition of the whole production, integrates the sample, warehouse, purchasing and production management, etc. In the production process, according to the Master Production Schedule, the emphasis is placed on the management of orders, the prediction of all production materials and the determination of the number of finished products and delivery dates.
In the aspect of system design, B/S network architecture is adopted, and the software development system adopts multi-tier architecture mode, which is divided into web presentation layer, service interface layer, business service layer and data service layer. In order to ensure the consistency of data in different parts of production function, multi-workflow design method is adopted. Net technology is adopted in the system development, and WCF technology based on SOA is applied in the service layer.
After the system is developed and tested, it is delivered to the user for trial run. Because of the customized development of order-based ERP, the system can match the customer's business well and feedback all kinds of key information to the user in time, which has been initially recognized by the user.
