【摘要】：結(jié)合相關(guān)研究,將相互依賴分為任務(wù)、目標(biāo)和報(bào)酬3個(gè)維度去研究供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)盟伙伴間的相互依賴與溝通對聯(lián)盟績效的影響,提出了溝通作為中介變量的相互依賴對聯(lián)盟績效的的概念模型和相關(guān)假設(shè),并設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)問卷,對問卷進(jìn)行了信效度分析、相關(guān)分析、多元回歸分析。分析結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)鏈伙伴相互依賴對溝通有正向影響,相互依賴對聯(lián)盟績效有正向影響,溝通對聯(lián)盟績效有正向影響,而且溝通可作為供應(yīng)鏈伙伴相互依賴與聯(lián)盟績效的中介變量且中介效應(yīng)比較顯著,通過分析和討論從實(shí)證分析出來的結(jié)果,以此基礎(chǔ)提出供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)盟企業(yè)如何從依賴關(guān)系方面、溝通方面著手提高聯(lián)盟績效的一些合理化建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant studies, interdependence is divided into three dimensions: task, goal and reward to study the impact of interdependence and communication among partners in supply chain alliance on alliance performance. In this paper, a conceptual model of interdependency of communication as an intermediary variable on alliance performance and related assumptions are proposed, and corresponding questionnaires are designed, and reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis of the questionnaire are carried out. The results show that the mutual dependence of supply chain partners has a positive impact on communication, interdependence has a positive impact on alliance performance, and communication has a positive impact on alliance performance. Moreover, communication can be regarded as the intermediary variable of supply chain partners' interdependence and alliance performance, and the intermediary effect is significant. Based on the analysis and discussion of the results from empirical analysis, this paper puts forward how supply chain alliance enterprises can rely on dependence. Some reasonable suggestions for communication to improve the performance of the alliance.
