基于供應鏈模式下利豐貿(mào)易采購成本控制研究

【摘要】：進入21世紀以后,企業(yè)之間的競爭變得日益激烈,如果企業(yè)想在市場競爭中生存和發(fā)展,那么,在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和提高生產(chǎn)效率的同時,必須通過供應鏈管理的方式,節(jié)約成本,增強自身的市場競爭力。被稱為“第三利潤的來源”的采購成本對企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的提高,市場競爭力的提升都會起到關(guān)鍵性的作用。 本文以利豐貿(mào)易為研究對象,探討我國企業(yè)在采購成本控制方面存在的問題,通過對利豐貿(mào)易采購成本控制顯著的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前在采購成本控制中存在的問題,并尋找原因,提出對策。本文根據(jù)利豐貿(mào)易自身的實際情況,提出了具體的措施和建議,這雖然針對于利豐貿(mào)易而言,但對于其他類似企業(yè)而言也有一定的參考價值。 本文首先介紹了研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、論文的研究內(nèi)容、研究構(gòu)架以及研究方法；其次介紹了基于供應鏈模式下采購成本的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),具體包括采購成本控制過程中所涉及的相關(guān)概念和實施采購成本控制的具體方案。同時,還引進了供應鏈的概念,并介紹了在供應鏈模式下采購成本控制的幾種主要方式;再次則介紹了利豐貿(mào)易在執(zhí)行采購成本管理過程中的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的不足,同時根據(jù)這些問題以此討論了造成這些問題的原因；接下來在考察這些問題的基礎(chǔ)上,針對利豐貿(mào)易實際情況,構(gòu)建了以供應鏈為基礎(chǔ)的采購成本控制體系,具體包括基于供應鏈的內(nèi)部控制體系和外部控制體系；最后介紹了利豐貿(mào)易在新模式下實施采購成本控制的具體策略,具體內(nèi)容包括提高采購成本控制意識、建立采購成本信息平臺、培養(yǎng)采購成本控制人才等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce. If enterprises want to survive and develop in the market competition, they must save costs through the way of supply chain management while technological innovation and improving production efficiency. Enhance their market competitiveness. The purchasing cost, which is called "the third profit source", will play a key role in the improvement of economic benefit and the promotion of market competitiveness. This article takes Li & Fung trade as the research object, discusses the problems existing in the procurement cost control of our country's enterprises, through the remarkable analysis of the Li & Fung trade procurement cost control, finds out the problems existing in the procurement cost control at present, and looks for the reasons. Put forward countermeasures. According to the actual situation of Li & Fung trade, this paper puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions. Although this is aimed at Li & Fung trade, it has some reference value for other similar enterprises. This paper first introduces the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research content, research framework and research methods, and then introduces the relevant theoretical basis of purchasing cost based on supply chain model. It includes the related concepts involved in the process of purchasing cost control and the specific scheme of implementing the cost control of procurement. At the same time, the concept of supply chain is introduced, and the main ways of purchasing cost control under supply chain mode are introduced. At the same time, according to these problems, this paper discusses the causes of these problems. Then, on the basis of investigating these problems, the paper constructs a supply chain based procurement cost control system according to the actual situation of Li & Fung trade. It includes the internal control system based on supply chain and the external control system. Finally, the paper introduces the specific strategy of implementing procurement cost control under the new mode of Li & Fung trade, including improving the awareness of procurement cost control. Set up purchasing cost information platform, train purchasing cost control personnel and so on.
