中外旅游教育實踐教學(xué)比較

【摘要】： 旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,對于人才培養(yǎng)也提出了更高的要求,因此旅游高等教育對于旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展顯得至關(guān)重要。實踐教學(xué)是旅游教育中的重要問題,關(guān)系到整個教育質(zhì)量和學(xué)生未來出路問題。關(guān)于旅游教育實踐教學(xué)改革與發(fā)展的議題,多年來一直是產(chǎn)學(xué)研三方關(guān)注的熱點,本文從實踐教學(xué)所涵蓋的見習(xí)、考察、專業(yè)實習(xí)、研究性實習(xí)、社會實踐幾方面入手,分析我國目前旅游教育實踐教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,從學(xué)校、企業(yè)、學(xué)生自身三方面分析我國目前旅游教育實踐教學(xué)存在的問題,并引入國外旅游教育實踐教學(xué)的成功范例,進而試圖尋找出即汲取國外先進經(jīng)驗,又是基于我國國情、各院校具體情況的旅游實踐教學(xué)發(fā)展策略。最后針對存在的問題,在借鑒國外先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出改善我國旅游教育實踐教學(xué)的策略。
[Abstract]:Tourism develops rapidly and demands higher talents training, so tourism higher education is very important to the development of tourism. Practical teaching is an important problem in tourism education, which is related to the quality of education and the future of students. The topic of reform and development of practical teaching in tourism education has been the focus of attention of industry, university and research for many years. This paper starts with the aspects of probation, investigation, professional practice, research practice, social practice, which are covered by practice teaching. This paper analyzes the present situation of tourism education practice teaching in our country, analyzes the problems existing in tourism education practice teaching in our country from three aspects of school, enterprise and students themselves, and introduces the successful examples of foreign tourism education practice teaching. Then we try to find out the development strategy of tourism practice teaching which is based on the situation of our country and universities. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the practical teaching of tourism education in our country on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries.
