藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)與其客戶關(guān)系已經(jīng)是營(yíng)銷文獻(xiàn)中的一個(gè)重要研究議題。這一主題研究范圍較廣,有些研究分支似乎出現(xiàn)了分歧。為了提供一個(gè)整體框架,筆者做了一個(gè)文獻(xiàn)綜述,該綜述主要關(guān)注的概念與客戶關(guān)系以及其結(jié)果對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)與個(gè)人產(chǎn)生的影響相關(guān)。本文通過(guò)呈現(xiàn)這一領(lǐng)域的結(jié)構(gòu)視圖以及辨析研究機(jī)遇為這一領(lǐng)域的研究作出貢獻(xiàn)。
