【摘要】：隨著信息技術和現(xiàn)代科技的不斷進步，企業(yè)的影響范圍日趨擴大。從一開始的僅僅關注于自身的發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在整條供應鏈上企業(yè)的協(xié)調合作。供應鏈管理是備受現(xiàn)代企業(yè)重視的管理思想之一，對提高企業(yè)競爭力具有重要的意義。企業(yè)個體之間的競爭逐漸變成了供應鏈之間的競爭，提高整個供應鏈的效率對企業(yè)來說是獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的必要途徑。 新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司以前的采購配送模式采用的是各個廠隊各自采購，內部配送的模式。采購計劃很分散，無法形成規(guī)模化采購。在采購和配送的過程中，各個廠隊無法對信息和資源有效共享，造成了資源的極大浪費，采購和配送效益低下。通過比較國內外采購配送模式，新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司選用了集中采購、統(tǒng)一配送的模式，，具體對采購過程、結算流程、監(jiān)督體系重新進行了構建。構建新的采購配送模式對新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司產(chǎn)生了良好的經(jīng)濟效益，優(yōu)化了企業(yè)的采購采購配送流程，有力地增強了公司的競爭力。 本文介紹了新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司采購配送模式發(fā)展的生成的背景，對供應鏈采購、配送環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同問題進行了探討。應用了供應鏈管理、采購管理理論、配送管理理論等相關的理論知識，探討了新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司的供應鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀與問題，比較了適應新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司采購配送模式的定位。通過對供應鏈中環(huán)節(jié)的重新審查，提出了現(xiàn)在采購配送模式中存在的問題。在理論的基礎上提出了構建新的采購模式，并且詳細介紹了新疆天山鈾業(yè)公司構建新的采購模式所采取的一系列的措施，對過去的采購模式過程與環(huán)節(jié)進行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of information technology and modern science and technology, the influence range of enterprises increasingly expanding. The development from the beginning to now only pay close attention to the whole supply chain enterprise cooperation. Supply chain management is one of the most important idea of modern enterprise management, has an important significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The competition of individual enterprises between gradually turned into the competition between supply chains, to improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain is a necessary way to gain competitive advantage for enterprises.
The procurement and distribution pattern of Xinjiang Tianshan uranium industry company before the factory team each procurement, internal distribution patterns. The procurement plan is very scattered, unable to form large-scale procurement. In the process of purchasing and distribution in each factory team unable to effective sharing of information and resources, causing a great waste of resources, procurement and distribution low efficiency. By comparing the domestic and international procurement and distribution patterns, Xinjiang Tianshan uranium mining company with centralized procurement, unified distribution model, specific to the procurement process, the settlement process, the supervision system of re construction of procurement and distribution of new model has good economic benefits to the Xinjiang Tianshan uranium mining company, optimize procurement the distribution process of enterprises, effectively enhance the competitiveness of the company.
This paper introduces the formation of uranium mining company procurement and distribution mode development of Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang on the background of supply chain procurement, discusses the distribution coordination problem. The application of supply chain management, purchasing management theory, the theory of distribution management theory, discusses the current situation and problems of supply chain management company of Xinjiang Tianshan uranium industry compared to Xinjiang, Tianshan uranium mining company procurement and distribution mode. Through the review of the central section of the supply chain, put forward the existing problems in the procurement and distribution mode. On the basis of the theory put forward to build a new procurement model, and introduces the Xinjiang Tianshan uranium mining company to build a new procurement model has taken a series of measures, the procurement process mode in the past and aspects of optimization.
