華北油田高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究

【摘要】:高技能人才是企業(yè)三支人才隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,在加快產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、推動(dòng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化等方面具有不可替代的作用。對(duì)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著重要作用的油田企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整加快和科技進(jìn)步日新月異,油田企業(yè)高技能人才無(wú)論是在數(shù)量還是結(jié)構(gòu)上,都無(wú)法滿足我國(guó)石油生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的需要。高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)工作是職業(yè)技能鑒定的一個(gè)重要組成部分,是推動(dòng)油田高技能人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工作。因此,大力開展高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)工作,加強(qiáng)高技能人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),成為華北油田全面貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、大力實(shí)施“人才強(qiáng)企”戰(zhàn)略的重要舉措。在這一目的下,,本文對(duì)華北油田高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了探討和研究。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)理論研究的整理和綜述,分析華北油田高技能人才特征和評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合相關(guān)高技能人才評(píng)價(jià)模型,運(yùn)用德?tīng)柗品?gòu)建了華北油田高技能人才的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)判法進(jìn)行權(quán)重的確定和指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)。然后將已經(jīng)構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行運(yùn)用和驗(yàn)證。最后概括總結(jié)得出本文的研究結(jié)論以及本研究的不足之處和未來(lái)的研究展望。
[Abstract]:High-skilled personnel are an important part of the three teams of talents in enterprises. They are speeding up the optimization and upgrading of industries and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. The promotion of technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays an irreplaceable role. For oil field enterprises that play an important role in China's economic development, with the acceleration of economic restructuring and the rapid development of science and technology, No matter in quantity or structure, high-skilled talents in oil field enterprises can not meet the needs of the modernization of petroleum production in China. The evaluation of high-skilled talents is an important part of vocational skills appraisal. It is the basic work to promote the construction of high-skilled talents in oil fields. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of high-skilled talents and strengthen the construction of high-skilled talents in order to fully implement the scientific concept of development in Huabei Oilfield. This paper discusses and studies the evaluation of high-skilled talents in Huabei Oilfield. In this paper, the characteristics and current situation of high-skilled talents in North China Oilfield are analyzed by summarizing the relevant theoretical research on the evaluation of high-skilled talents, and combining with the relevant evaluation model of high-skilled talents, this paper analyzes the characteristics and evaluation status of high-skilled talents in North China Oilfield. The evaluation index system of high-skilled talents in North China Oilfield is constructed by using Delphi method. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to determine the weight and evaluate the index. Then, the evaluation index system has been established and verified. Finally, the conclusion of this paper and the research are summarized and summarized. The shortcomings of the study and future research prospects.
