【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的今天,國內(nèi)和國際市場的競爭日益加劇。制造行業(yè)面臨的壓力尤為強烈,涉及質(zhì)量、成本、價格以及售前售后服務等各個方面。企業(yè)要想保持高的競爭力,需要采取一種高效率的經(jīng)營管理模式。經(jīng)過了這么多年的國內(nèi)外的探索與研究發(fā)現(xiàn),精益生產(chǎn)具有革命性的意義,能很大程度的提高企業(yè)的綜合實力。它致力于減少浪費,在追求大量生產(chǎn)的同時,也要實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量、高標準、多品種、同時低成本的生產(chǎn)。它代表了現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,被稱為“當代制造業(yè)的標準生產(chǎn)方式”。中國近幾十年的制造業(yè)已經(jīng)躍為經(jīng)濟支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),但離屹立于世界之林的目標,還有很多路要走,因此推進精益生產(chǎn)項目的實施極為迫切。本文深度剖析了精益生產(chǎn)管理的歷史發(fā)展,研究了精益生產(chǎn)方式的理論體系和實施原則。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對GSE公司的精益生產(chǎn)應用與效果進行了探索,從現(xiàn)狀中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并提出相應的改善措施,且對結(jié)果進行了預測,這對GSE永和工廠的發(fā)展是十分必要和有益的。精益生產(chǎn)方案實施的效果非常明顯,它是一個可持續(xù)的過程。企業(yè)在實施精益生產(chǎn)時,要引起高度重視與時刻關(guān)注,將生產(chǎn)實踐中所遇到的問題逐一改善。本文經(jīng)過論證,不僅顯示了精益生產(chǎn)的好處,這種策略對于其他行業(yè)有一定的參考價值。希望各個企業(yè)能總結(jié)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,得到實踐的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, the competition in the domestic and international markets is intensifying day by day. The pressure on the manufacturing industry is particularly intense, involving all aspects of quality, cost, price and pre-sale after-sales service. Enterprises want to maintain high competitiveness. After so many years of exploration and research at home and abroad, it is found that lean production has revolutionary significance and can greatly improve the comprehensive strength of enterprises. It is committed to reduce waste, In the pursuit of mass production, but also to achieve high quality, high standards, variety, and low cost of production. It represents the development direction of modern manufacturing, China's manufacturing industry has become the mainstay of the economy in recent decades, but there is still a lot of way to go before it can stand in the forest of the world. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to promote the implementation of lean production projects. This paper deeply analyzes the historical development of lean production management, studies the theoretical system and implementation principles of lean production methods. This paper probes into the application and effect of lean production in GSE Company, finds out the problems from the present situation, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, and forecasts the results. This is very necessary and beneficial to the development of GSE Yonghe factory. The effect of lean production plan implementation is very obvious, it is a sustainable process. When enterprises implement lean production, they should pay great attention to it and pay close attention to it all the time. This paper not only shows the benefits of lean production, but also has certain reference value for other industries. I hope each enterprise can sum up the relevant experience. Get the reference value of practice.
