【摘要】：被稱為“第三利潤源”的現代物流業(yè)成為衡量一個國家現代化水平和國際競爭力的標準之一,其在國民經濟中發(fā)揮著重要作用。隨著現代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,物流園區(qū)迎來建設的高峰期。物流園區(qū)在國外已經發(fā)展數十載,然而引入我國的時間僅僅十幾年,且在我國各個地區(qū)發(fā)展不均衡。盡管建設物流園區(qū)時可以借鑒國外成熟的經驗,但在借鑒經驗時必須結合區(qū)域內的實際情況才能獲取較好的規(guī)劃建設效果,因此積極推進物流園區(qū)規(guī)模的研究具有重要意義。本文主要圍繞衡陽糧油物流園區(qū)建設規(guī)劃的規(guī)模問題展開研究分析,核心內容包括物流園區(qū)物流量預測和物流園區(qū)規(guī)模確定兩部分。首先查閱國內外物流園區(qū)相關理論,對衡陽糧油物流園區(qū)進行總體定位。其次,在進行衡陽糧油物流園區(qū)物流量預測時,提出了經初始條件優(yōu)化和馬爾科夫鏈修正的灰色預測模型,并運用該模型預測衡陽糧油物流園區(qū)的物流總量及各類產品的物流量,分別獲取了經初始條件優(yōu)化的灰色預測模型、馬爾科夫鏈狀態(tài)劃分的預測結果。再次,對比分析四種常用的物流園區(qū)規(guī)模確定方法,得知時空消耗法和功能分區(qū)法在確定內部功能結構準確定位的物流園區(qū)規(guī)模時具有科學性和實踐性。結合衡陽糧油物流園區(qū)的總體定位,運用時空消耗均衡思想改進功能分區(qū)法的倉儲區(qū)、流通加工區(qū)及配送區(qū)規(guī)模確定模型,通過計算各功能分區(qū)規(guī)模,得到衡陽糧油物流園區(qū)的規(guī)模推薦值,并運用類比分析對園區(qū)規(guī)模值進行校驗。最后總結本文完成的研究工作,并指出研究中尚可改進的地方和繼續(xù)研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The modern logistics industry, which is called "the third profit source", has become one of the standards to measure a country's modernization level and international competitiveness, and it plays an important role in the national economy. With the development of modern logistics industry, logistics park ushered in the peak period of construction. Logistics parks have been developed for tens of years in foreign countries, however, they have been introduced to China for only ten years, and developed unevenly in various regions of our country. Although we can learn from the mature experience of foreign countries in the construction of logistics parks, we must combine the actual situation in the region to obtain better planning and construction results. Therefore, it is of great significance to actively promote the research on the scale of logistics parks. This paper mainly focuses on the scale of Hengyang grain and oil logistics park construction planning, the core content includes logistics park material flow forecast and logistics park scale determination two parts. First, refer to the domestic and foreign logistics park related theory, Hengyang grain and oil logistics park overall positioning. Secondly, when forecasting the material flow of Hengyang grain and oil logistics park, a grey forecasting model is put forward, which is optimized by initial conditions and modified by Markov chain. The model is used to predict the total logistics volume of Hengyang grain and oil logistics park and the material flow of all kinds of products. The grey forecasting model optimized by initial conditions and the forecast result of Markov chain state partition are obtained respectively. Thirdly, by comparing and analyzing four commonly used methods to determine the scale of logistics park, we know that the space-time consumption method and the function partition method are scientific and practical in determining the scale of logistics park with accurate positioning of internal functional structure. Combined with the overall positioning of Hengyang grain and oil logistics park, the model of storage area, circulation processing zone and distribution area is improved by using the thought of space-time consumption equilibrium. The scale recommendation value of Hengyang grain and oil logistics park is obtained, and the scale value of Hengyang grain and oil logistics park is calibrated by analogy analysis. Finally, this paper summarizes the research work, and points out that the research can be improved and the direction of further research.
