【摘要】：農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心作為集運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、加工、銷售于一體的專業(yè)綜合性物流園區(qū),近年來在全國(guó)各地多有興建。因地區(qū)差異,市場(chǎng)需求的不同,各類農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心或園區(qū)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r參差不齊,但大多數(shù)農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心基本都是在原有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)或蔬菜水果批發(fā)市場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行改建、擴(kuò)建和完善功能而形成的。在這種以市場(chǎng)需求為基礎(chǔ)、企業(yè)參與投資運(yùn)營(yíng)、政府主導(dǎo)發(fā)展方向并完善配套設(shè)施建設(shè)的模式上發(fā)展起來的農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心、園區(qū),面臨消費(fèi)者需求多樣化、原產(chǎn)地網(wǎng)絡(luò)直采直銷等因素的沖擊,其發(fā)展規(guī)模、功能配置、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等方面或多或少的面臨困境。以滕州市農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心為例,該物流中心作為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品集散的綜合性物流園區(qū),擁有良好的硬件基礎(chǔ)和完善的園區(qū)服務(wù)功能。但近年來在電商環(huán)境發(fā)展情況下,傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、批發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式受到了一定沖擊,成交數(shù)量和盈利水平有所下降,目前,園區(qū)還存在市場(chǎng)建設(shè)布局不均衡、商戶入駐情況堪憂等情況,園區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的需求越來越迫切。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外專家、學(xué)者對(duì)于農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流、物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式特點(diǎn)方面的研究為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合滕州市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流相關(guān)行業(yè)發(fā)展情況,通過SWOT分析法對(duì)滕州市農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心的基本情況進(jìn)行合理分析,找出其發(fā)展過程中面臨的問題和困境,并給出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。本文研究的重點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,作為綜合性物流園區(qū),滕州市農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品物流中心如何適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境變化,利用電商平臺(tái)和政府扶持政策,加快網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)建設(shè),引進(jìn)專業(yè)人才,完成由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品交易中心向現(xiàn)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+綜合物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型。通過運(yùn)營(yíng)模式轉(zhuǎn)型,結(jié)合供給側(cè)改革,增加產(chǎn)品供給的多樣性、附加值,以期對(duì)增加農(nóng)戶收入、減輕商戶經(jīng)營(yíng)壓力、提升消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)產(chǎn)生積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Agricultural and sideline products Logistics Center as a collection of transportation, storage, processing, sales in one of the professional comprehensive logistics park, in recent years in many parts of the country has been built. Due to regional differences and different market demands, the development of various agricultural and sideline products logistics centers or parks is uneven, but most agricultural and sideline products logistics centers are basically in the original agricultural products market. Farmers market or vegetable and fruit wholesale market on the basis of reconstruction, expansion and improvement of the function of the formation. This kind of agricultural and sideline product logistics center, which is developed on the basis of market demand, enterprises participating in investment and operation, government leading the development direction and perfecting the construction of supporting facilities, the park is faced with the diversification of consumer demand. The impact of direct sales of origin network, its development scale, function allocation, economic benefits and other aspects more or less face difficulties. Teng Zhou agricultural and sideline product logistics center as an integrated logistics park of agricultural products has a good hardware foundation and perfect service function. But in recent years, with the development of e-commerce environment, the traditional mode of transportation, warehousing and wholesale operation has been impacted, the number of transactions and the level of profit have declined. At present, there is still an uneven distribution of market construction in the park. Business residents in the situation such as worrying, park transformation and development needs more and more urgent. This paper is based on the research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the characteristics of agricultural and sideline product logistics and logistics park operation mode, combined with the economic development environment of Tengzhou, and the development of agricultural and sideline products logistics related industries. The basic situation of Teng Zhou Agricultural and sideline products Logistics Center was analyzed by SWOT analysis method, and the problems and difficulties in its development were found out, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. As a comprehensive logistics park, Teng Zhou agricultural and sideline product logistics center how to adapt to the changes of external environment, use e-commerce platform and government support policy, accelerate the construction of network information platform. Introducing professionals to complete the transformation from the traditional agricultural and sideline products trading center to the modern Internet integrated logistics park operation model. Through the transformation of operation mode, combining with supply-side reform, the diversity of product supply and the added value can be increased, in order to increase the income of farmers, reduce the pressure of business operation, and promote the consumer experience.
