【摘要】:包裝技術(shù)是現(xiàn)代文明的重要標(biāo)志,而包裝機械是實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代文明的物質(zhì)保證。隨著企業(yè)用工成本的飆升及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的深入,“機器換人”成為紡織企業(yè)的必然選擇。因此,實現(xiàn)筒子紗的自動包裝是大勢所趨,是紡紗廠亟需解決的問題。目前,筒子紗包裝多為人工包裝,筒紗包裝作為紡紗企業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的最后一個步驟,存在人工成本高、包裝強度大、包裝效率低下等問題,是個單調(diào)重復(fù)而又繁重的工作。因此,論文提出了一種紡紗廠生產(chǎn)線末端自動化包裝解決方案,設(shè)計了全自動筒子紗包裝生產(chǎn)線,代替了傳統(tǒng)的人工包裝。本方案共包含三個部分,即物流系統(tǒng)、包裝系統(tǒng)、控制及軟件系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了筒子紗從絡(luò)紗機到碼垛整個過程物流及包裝的全自動化,實現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)管理等功能。論文設(shè)計的全自動筒子紗包裝生產(chǎn)線綜合運用了機電儀一體化技術(shù)、在線檢測與控制技術(shù)、上位機監(jiān)控技術(shù)、氣動技術(shù)、通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等原理與理論,生產(chǎn)線采用模塊化設(shè)計理念,其中輸送模塊、預(yù)稱重模塊、配重模塊、自動檢測及調(diào)整大小頭模塊、單紗包裝模塊、自動排紗模塊、整袋包裝模塊、噴碼模塊等均可獨立工作,可根據(jù)不同需求,實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線不同功能的組合,實現(xiàn)了各模塊的集成,保證了整條生產(chǎn)線的穩(wěn)定、高速、協(xié)調(diào)、智能化運行,可做到無人值守。論文創(chuàng)新性地提出了筒子紗熱縮膜包裝方案,不僅實現(xiàn)了包裝的自動化,而且包裝效率高。針對全自動筒子紗包裝生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計過程中的幾個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了重點研究,研究內(nèi)容如下:1、根據(jù)筒子紗包裝的工藝要求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場條件,對全自動筒子紗包裝生產(chǎn)線做了整體的規(guī)劃。2、按照“模塊化”設(shè)計理念,研究并設(shè)計了筒子紗熱縮膜包裝的整體方案,由PLC實現(xiàn)對整條包裝生產(chǎn)線的精準(zhǔn)控制,觸摸屏實現(xiàn)對生產(chǎn)線的監(jiān)控和報表輸出等。3、對配重、自動檢測及調(diào)整大小頭、自動排紗等模塊的原理、實現(xiàn)方式及功能進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計;根據(jù)系統(tǒng)功能,對在線稱重機、單紗/整袋包裝、噴碼等模塊進(jìn)行了選型和集成。4、研究并設(shè)計了整條包裝生產(chǎn)線的硬件及軟件架構(gòu),根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)的控制要求,設(shè)計了各模塊的控制流程及上位機組態(tài)界面;對本系統(tǒng)的通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,并研究了配重模塊數(shù)據(jù)處理的方法及算法設(shè)計。5、對本生產(chǎn)線中主要模塊的稱重精度、運行效率等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了測試并分析,經(jīng)過長期性的測試,本課題所設(shè)計的包裝生產(chǎn)線運行可靠穩(wěn)定,滿足設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:Packaging technology is an important symbol of modern civilization, and packaging machinery is the material guarantee to realize modern civilization. With the soaring of labor cost and the deepening of industrial structure adjustment, machine replacement has become an inevitable choice for textile enterprises. Therefore, it is the trend of the times to realize the automatic packing of bobbin yarn, which is an urgent problem to be solved in spinning mills. At present, package of bobbin yarn is mostly manual packing. As the last step of spinning enterprise, yarn packaging has many problems, such as high labor cost, high packing intensity and low packaging efficiency. It is a monotonous and repetitive work. Therefore, this paper presents a solution of automatic packaging at the end of spinning mill production line, and designs a fully automatic package packing line instead of traditional manual packing. This scheme consists of three parts: logistics system, packaging system, control system and software system. It realizes the automation of the whole process of package packing and logistics from winder to palletizing, and realizes the functions of field monitoring, production data management and so on. The design of the automatic package production line of drum yarn is based on the principle and theory of integration technology of machine and electricity, on-line detection and control technology, upper computer monitoring technology, pneumatic technology, communication network technology and so on. The production line adopts the modular design idea, in which the conveying module, the pre-weighing module, the counterweight module, the automatic detecting and adjusting size head module, the single yarn packing module, the automatic yarn arrangement module, the whole bag packing module, the spray code module and so on all work independently. It can combine different functions of the production line according to different requirements, realize the integration of each module, ensure the stability, high speed, coordination, intelligent operation of the whole production line, and can be unattended. The paper puts forward the package scheme of package yarn heat shrink film creatively, which not only realizes the automation of packaging, but also has high packaging efficiency. This paper focuses on several key links in the design process of fully automatic package yarn packaging production line. The research contents are as follows: 1. According to the technological requirements of package, combined with the field conditions, The whole plan of automatic package production line of package yarn is made. According to the "modularization" design concept, the whole plan of package yarn with heat shrinkage film is studied and designed, and the precise control of the whole packing line is realized by PLC. The touch screen realizes the monitoring and report output of the production line. It also studies and designs the principle, the realization mode and the function of the modules such as counterweight, automatic detection and adjustment of the size head, automatic yarn arrangement, etc. According to the system function, the on-line weighing machine is studied and designed. Single yarn / bag packaging, spray code and other modules are selected and integrated. The hardware and software architecture of the whole packaging production line is studied and designed. According to the control requirements of the system, the control flow of each module and the configuration interface of the upper computer are designed. The communication network of the system is designed, and the data processing method and algorithm design of the weight distribution module is studied. The weighing accuracy and running efficiency of the main modules in this production line are tested and analyzed. The packaging production line designed in this paper runs reliably and stably and meets the design requirements.
