SC 山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目范圍和進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:隨著防汛信息化建設(shè),四川省防汛辦機(jī)房已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,但由于前期對(duì)防汛業(yè)務(wù)信息化發(fā)展速度估計(jì)不足,現(xiàn)有機(jī)房環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等均已不能很好的滿足四川省水利廳、財(cái)政廳所啟動(dòng)的山洪災(zāi)害防治項(xiàng)目建設(shè)工作;因此,為更好的滿足當(dāng)前全國(guó)山洪災(zāi)害防治項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案建設(shè)要求,需要進(jìn)一步完善相關(guān)輔助環(huán)境配置,調(diào)整機(jī)房設(shè)備布局,并為其購置安裝項(xiàng)目所必須的服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)等設(shè)備,成為了當(dāng)前四川五博科技有限公司開展的重要工作。正是基于這樣的背景下,本文選取SC山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,以項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí)體系及其工具技術(shù)的理論為指導(dǎo),提出該系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目范圍與進(jìn)度管理方面的探討和分析。期望引入先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理方法,為四川五博科技有限公司順利開展SC山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)的建設(shè)提供有力的保障和具有指導(dǎo)價(jià)值的參考。本文首先在闡述了研究的背景及意義、內(nèi)容和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,緊跟著對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目范圍和進(jìn)度管理方面的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了回顧,并梳理和歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,為后續(xù)的研究尋找理論和方法的支持。然后運(yùn)用案例研究的方法,在分析了SC山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上剖析了該項(xiàng)目在范圍與進(jìn)度管理方面存在的問題并嘗試提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案,繼而為后續(xù)的研究指明方面。接著,通過項(xiàng)目范圍的需求分析、范圍的規(guī)劃以及項(xiàng)目范圍的定義對(duì)SC山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目范圍管理的探討,并嘗試以工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)的編制來細(xì)化項(xiàng)目的工作范圍,同時(shí)還對(duì)其項(xiàng)目范圍的核實(shí)和控制進(jìn)行了必要的闡述。緊接著,根據(jù)其項(xiàng)目工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行活動(dòng)的定義、活動(dòng)的排序、時(shí)間的估算以及進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定,以此對(duì)SC山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的分析,并嘗試通過相應(yīng)的控制手段,以期望達(dá)到項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管控的目標(biāo);最后則是本文的研究結(jié)論?偟膩碚f,本文提出SC山洪災(zāi)害防治系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目范圍與進(jìn)度管理方面的研究符合了整個(gè)四川五博科技有限公司當(dāng)前工作的需要,同時(shí)也為四川五博科技有限公司今后開展類似的工程項(xiàng)目提供了較好的思路和指導(dǎo),具有重要的價(jià)值和深遠(yuǎn)意義。
[Abstract]:With the construction of flood control information, the computer room of Sichuan Flood Control Office has begun to take shape. However, due to the insufficient estimate of the speed of information development of flood control business in the early stage, the existing computer room environment and network can no longer meet the needs of the Sichuan Water Conservancy Department. Therefore, in order to better meet the requirements of the current national mountain flood prevention and control project implementation program construction, it is necessary to further improve the relevant auxiliary environment allocation and adjust the layout of machine room equipment. And to purchase the necessary server, storage and other equipment for its installation project has become an important work carried out by Sichuan Wubo Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It is precisely based on this background, In this paper, the hardware platform construction project of SC mountain flood disaster prevention system is chosen as the research object, and the knowledge system of project management and the theory of tools and technology are taken as the guidance. This paper puts forward the discussion and analysis of the project scope and schedule management of the hardware platform of the system, and expects to introduce advanced project management methods. This paper provides a powerful guarantee and reference for Sichuan Wubo Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to build the hardware platform of SC mountain flood disaster prevention system. Firstly, this paper expounds the background, significance, content and method of the research. Then it reviews the relevant theories of project management, project scope and schedule management, and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, looking for the support of theory and method for the subsequent research. Then the case study method is used. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the hardware platform construction project of the SC mountain flood disaster prevention system, the problems existing in the scope and schedule management of the project are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement scheme is proposed. Then, through the requirement analysis of the project scope, the scope planning and the definition of the project scope, the paper discusses the construction of the hardware platform of the SC mountain flood disaster prevention and control system, and discusses the project scope management through the requirement analysis of the project scope, the definition of the scope of the project and the definition of the scope of the project. At the same time, it also describes the verification and control of the project scope. Then, according to the definition of the project work breakdown structure, the order of activities, Time estimation and schedule planning are used to analyze the project schedule management of the hardware platform of SC mountain flood disaster prevention and control system, and try to achieve the goal of project schedule control through the corresponding control means. The last part is the conclusion of this paper. In general, this paper puts forward the research on the scope and schedule management of the hardware platform of the SC mountain flood prevention and control system, which meets the needs of the current work of Sichuan Wubo Science and Technology Co., Ltd. At the same time, it also provides good ideas and guidance for Sichuan Wubo Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out similar engineering projects in the future, which has important value and far-reaching significance.
