新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的災(zāi)后農(nóng)村社區(qū)重建模式研究

【摘要】：經(jīng)過六年的重建,四川汶川地震災(zāi)區(qū)大部分鄉(xiāng)村都呈現(xiàn)出一片新型城鎮(zhèn)的生活形態(tài),城鎮(zhèn)化的思路和模式在重建的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中得以充分體現(xiàn)。本研究以四川某重災(zāi)鄉(xiāng)Q鄉(xiāng)為例,通過長達(dá)5年的田野調(diào)查,記錄了該鄉(xiāng)2009年汶川地震和2013年雅安地震的災(zāi)后重建過程,以描繪在城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,四川災(zāi)后農(nóng)村社區(qū)重建中反映出來的我國城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展道路及其對農(nóng)村與農(nóng)民的影響,總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在農(nóng)村社區(qū)重建中應(yīng)積極發(fā)動(dòng)本地人和本地組織的智慧與積極性,重視鄉(xiāng)村原有的初級(jí)社會(huì)關(guān)系,立足農(nóng)村社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)和農(nóng)民的日常生活,創(chuàng)造適合本土的重建發(fā)展模式,真正回歸社區(qū)和人的發(fā)展需求。農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化應(yīng)提倡以人為本,促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)厝四芰ㄔO(shè)的新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展路徑與模式。
[Abstract]:After six years of reconstruction, most of the villages in the Wenchuan earthquake disaster area in Sichuan Province have shown a new life form of cities and towns, and the train of thought and mode of urbanization have been fully reflected in the rebuilt villages and towns. Taking Q Township, a serious disaster township in Sichuan Province, as an example, through five years of field investigation, the reconstruction process of Wenchuan earthquake in 2009 and Ya'an earthquake in 2013 was recorded in order to depict the reconstruction process under the background of urbanization. The development road of urbanization and its influence on rural areas and farmers reflected in the reconstruction of rural communities in Sichuan Province after the disaster are summarized, and their experiences and lessons are summarized. It is found that in the reconstruction of rural communities, we should actively mobilize the wisdom and enthusiasm of local people and local organizations, attach importance to the original primary social relations in rural areas, and be based on the social reality of rural areas and the daily life of farmers. Create a model of reconstruction and development suitable for the local people, and truly return to the development needs of the community and people. Rural urbanization should advocate people-oriented and promote the development path and mode of local capacity building.
