【摘要】：本文以生活福利為宏觀視角,結(jié)合福利理論和建筑設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,通過(guò)比較發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的居住福利環(huán)境,探討我國(guó)居住福利環(huán)境建設(shè),旨在嘗試探討我國(guó)的生活福利的基本內(nèi)涵及其視角下的居住福利環(huán)境,力求社會(huì)福利的學(xué)術(shù)內(nèi)涵賦予居住福利內(nèi)容。研究將依據(jù)社會(huì)福利的理論基礎(chǔ),借助居住環(huán)境與生活福利與健康的關(guān)系,系統(tǒng)地分析了居住福利的構(gòu)成要素、居住福利環(huán)境的需求等因素,通過(guò)分析生活行為對(duì)居住福利的功能性需求、特殊群體的生活自理程度對(duì)居住福利環(huán)境的需求的影響,以及目前我國(guó)居住福利環(huán)境供給現(xiàn)狀,探討了我國(guó)構(gòu)建居住福利環(huán)境建設(shè)的框架及內(nèi)涵,為我國(guó)社會(huì)福利理論的完善,提供了可參考性建議。本文以文獻(xiàn)綜述法為主,比較分析法為輔,剖析了現(xiàn)代社會(huì)居民為改善自身居住條件,提高自身居住環(huán)境迫切需求,與此同時(shí),國(guó)家對(duì)此的政策扶持,以及發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的對(duì)比和借鑒,為我國(guó)居住福利環(huán)境建設(shè)的完善盡一份微薄之力。
[Abstract]:From the macro perspective of life welfare, combined with welfare theory and architectural design practice, this paper discusses the construction of residential welfare environment in China by comparing the residential welfare environment in developed countries. The purpose of this paper is to explore the basic connotation of life welfare in China and the residential welfare environment from the perspective of social welfare, and to strive for the academic connotation of social welfare to give residential welfare content. According to the theoretical basis of social welfare, with the help of the relationship between living environment and living welfare and health, the factors such as the constituent elements of residential welfare and the demand of residential welfare environment will be systematically analyzed. This paper analyzes the functional demand of living behavior on residential welfare, the influence of the degree of self-care of special groups on the demand of residential welfare environment, and the present situation of the supply of residential welfare environment in our country. This paper probes into the framework and connotation of constructing the residential welfare environment in our country, and provides some referential suggestions for the perfection of the social welfare theory in our country. Based on the method of literature review and supplemented by comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the urgent needs of residents in modern society to improve their living conditions and living environment. At the same time, the state supports this policy. And the comparison and reference of developed countries, for our country to improve the construction of residential welfare environment to do a meagre contribution.
