基于公眾需求的政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量影響因素實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析和專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談對(duì)政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行收集和修正,以前期研究中提出的理論模型為基礎(chǔ),基于KANO模型對(duì)公眾需求進(jìn)行歸類(lèi),通過(guò)實(shí)證分析探究政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)中包含的基本需求、拓展需求、潛在需求和無(wú)關(guān)需求,進(jìn)而揭示出公眾需求視角下政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響因素,對(duì)分層次改進(jìn)政府電子信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量具有參考借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:By means of the literature analysis and the expert interview, the evaluation index of the government electronic information service quality is collected and revised, on the basis of the theoretical model proposed in the earlier research, the public demand is classified based on the KNO model, Through the empirical analysis, the paper probes into the basic requirements, the expansion demand, the potential demand and the independent demand of the government electronic information service quality evaluation index, and further reveals the influence factors of the government electronic information service quality in the view of the public demand. It is of reference to the improvement of the government electronic information service quality at the sub-level.
