基于公眾需求的政府電子信息服務質量影響因素實證研究

【摘要】:通過文獻分析和專家訪談對政府電子信息服務質量評價指標進行收集和修正,以前期研究中提出的理論模型為基礎,基于KANO模型對公眾需求進行歸類,通過實證分析探究政府電子信息服務質量評價指標中包含的基本需求、拓展需求、潛在需求和無關需求,進而揭示出公眾需求視角下政府電子信息服務質量的影響因素,對分層次改進政府電子信息服務質量具有參考借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:By means of the literature analysis and the expert interview, the evaluation index of the government electronic information service quality is collected and revised, on the basis of the theoretical model proposed in the earlier research, the public demand is classified based on the KNO model, Through the empirical analysis, the paper probes into the basic requirements, the expansion demand, the potential demand and the independent demand of the government electronic information service quality evaluation index, and further reveals the influence factors of the government electronic information service quality in the view of the public demand. It is of reference to the improvement of the government electronic information service quality at the sub-level.
