【摘要】：翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式是信息技術(shù)時代的產(chǎn)物,以能力培養(yǎng)為目標(biāo),以信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺和實際課堂為中介,以分組學(xué)習(xí)為基礎(chǔ),注重課前自主學(xué)習(xí),課中、課后知識與技能內(nèi)化的一種新型教學(xué)模式。本文以翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式在背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué)中的設(shè)計與實施為研究對象。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,探索背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué)中實施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式的具體目標(biāo)及過程方法,分析翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用于背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué)中的實施效果,并針對體育院校田徑普修課背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué)中應(yīng)用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式存在的問題,提出改進(jìn)辦法和建議,從而使翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式科學(xué)有效地融入體育院校田徑項目教學(xué)。研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用于背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué),需要注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、提高體育教師能力與素養(yǎng)、構(gòu)建專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)、加強(qiáng)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂在背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué)中的理論與實踐研究等。(2)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)視頻資源無形中增加了學(xué)生課上與課下參與體育鍛煉的頻度,同時,學(xué)生課上小組合作探究學(xué)習(xí)有助于幫助學(xué)生更好的發(fā)揮和發(fā)掘?qū)W生的能力和潛力,更有利于學(xué)生技評、投擲成績的提高。(3)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)在課前課后都安排了學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容自測題,加深學(xué)生對理論知識的理解,對學(xué)生理論知識掌握效果更好。與傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)模式相比,在背向滑步推鉛球教學(xué)實驗中,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)更有利于提高學(xué)生的理論知識水平(P0.05)。(4)背向滑步推鉛球普修課教學(xué)中翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式相比傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)模式,在提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣與態(tài)度、自學(xué)能力和觀察分析解決問題能力上效果更好(P0.05)。主要原因在于翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)將移動學(xué)習(xí)與課堂教學(xué)相結(jié)合,符合學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理特點(diǎn),并在整個教學(xué)過程中引導(dǎo)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、提出問題、解決問題。
[Abstract]:The flipping classroom teaching mode is the product of the information technology age, aiming at the cultivation of ability, taking the information network platform and the actual classroom as the intermediary, taking the group learning as the foundation, paying attention to the autonomous learning before class, in the course, A new teaching mode of internalizing knowledge and skills after class. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of reverse classroom teaching mode in backsliding shot put teaching. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper explores the specific objectives and process methods for the implementation of the reverse classroom teaching model in the backsliding shot-put teaching. This paper analyzes the effect of the reverse classroom teaching mode applied to the backward sliding push shot put teaching, and puts forward the improvement methods and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the application of the reverse classroom teaching mode in the track and field general course of physical education colleges and universities. Thus, the flipped classroom teaching mode can be integrated scientifically and effectively into track and field project teaching in physical education colleges. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the reverse classroom teaching model should be applied to the backsliding shot-put teaching. It is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, improve the ability and accomplishment of physical education teachers, and construct a professional learning system. Strengthening the theoretical and practical research of flipping classroom in backsliding shot-putting teaching, etc.) the video resources of flipping classroom teaching invisibly increase the frequency of students participating in physical exercise both in and out of class, and at the same time, Group cooperative inquiry learning in class helps students to better play and explore students' abilities and potentials, is more conducive to students' technical evaluation, throwing performance improvement. 3) flipping classroom teaching has arranged self-test questions of learning content before and after class. Deepening students' understanding of theoretical knowledge is better for students to master theoretical knowledge. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode, in the teaching experiment of backsliding shot put, Flipping classroom teaching is more helpful to improve students' level of theoretical knowledge (P0.05. 4) reverse classroom teaching mode can improve students' interest and attitude in learning, compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode, in general course teaching of shot put with backward sliding step, the reverse classroom teaching mode is more helpful to improve the students' theoretical knowledge level than the traditional classroom teaching mode. Self-study ability and problem solving ability of observation and analysis are better than that of P0. 05. The main reason is that the flipping classroom teaching combines mobile learning with classroom teaching, which accords with the students' psychological characteristics of learning, and guides students to find problems, put forward problems and solve problems in the whole teaching process.
