【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國文化受到巨大的沖擊。我國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)民族文化在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、政治多極化及全球文化大碰撞中面對(duì)新的挑戰(zhàn)。民族文化是一個(gè)民族賴以維系生存發(fā)展的凝聚力之源，是精神家園的承載體。一個(gè)民族如果失去了自己的精神家園，是可悲的。一個(gè)民族如果失去了自己文化的特質(zhì)，就如同人失去了靈魂一般。文化不僅表現(xiàn)出一個(gè)民族當(dāng)下的時(shí)代特征，更記載著一個(gè)民族的發(fā)展歷程、昭示著其未來。沒有文化的發(fā)展，就沒有一個(gè)民族真正意義上的文化安全。所以對(duì)于進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的中國而言，在高校思想政治教育視角下研究我國的文化安全問題，不僅是時(shí)代的要求，更是我國文化自身發(fā)展的需要。有挑戰(zhàn)就要我們共同攜手，找尋應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)之策，使我國文化朝著正確的方向發(fā)展，，鞏固和發(fā)展我們民族的凝聚力和向心力，維護(hù)我國民族的生存發(fā)展利益。本文在思想政治教育和文化安全定義的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了高校思想政治教育在我國文化安全中的作用，揭示出我國文化安全面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，提出了應(yīng)對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn)的對(duì)策思考。文化安全仿佛是眾多學(xué)者都關(guān)注的問題，本文從高校思想政治教育的視角進(jìn)行詮釋，希望對(duì)維護(hù)我國的民族文化安全有所貢獻(xiàn)。能給我們今日遭遇的文化危機(jī)認(rèn)知上獻(xiàn)出微薄的一份力量。當(dāng)然，雖然文化安全自從有了文化就存在，甚至到今日還在擴(kuò)大，我們也沒有理由不重視這一現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題，沒有理由不去解決這一重大的問題。我們希望通過本文，促使人們?cè)谖幕�安全問題上能夠保持自覺性，時(shí)刻把文化安全放在第一位，對(duì)文化安全有著憂患意識(shí)，通過自我改造和改造他人，形成符合我國發(fā)展需要有中國特色的社會(huì)主義文化價(jià)值觀，建立合理的文化體制。只有這樣，我們才能更好維護(hù)我國民族的文化特性，使我國的民族文化更好發(fā)展，繁榮我們民族的精神家園。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Chinese culture has been greatly impacted. Political multipolarization and global cultural collision face new challenges. National culture is the source of cohesion for a nation to sustain its survival and development, and the carrier of its spiritual homeland. If a nation loses its own spiritual homeland, It is sad. If a nation loses the characteristics of its own culture, it is like a person losing his soul. Culture not only shows the contemporary characteristics of a nation, but also records the course of development of a nation. It shows its future. Without the development of culture, there will be no cultural security in the true sense of a nation. So for China, which is carrying out socialist construction, the cultural security of our country is studied from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is not only a requirement of the times, but also a need for the development of our own culture. If we have challenges, we must join hands to find solutions to the challenges, so that our culture can develop in the right direction, and consolidate and develop the cohesion and centripetal force of our nation. On the basis of the definition of ideological and political education and cultural security, this paper analyzes the role of ideological and political education in the cultural security of our country, and reveals the challenges faced by the cultural security in our country. Cultural security seems to be the concern of many scholars. This paper interprets it from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. I hope to contribute to the maintenance of national cultural security in our country. It can give us a modest contribution to the cognition of the cultural crisis we are experiencing today. Of course, although cultural security has existed since the existence of culture, it has even been expanding to this day. There is no reason why we should not pay attention to this realistic problem, nor why we should not solve this major problem. We hope that through this article, people will be able to maintain their consciousness on the issue of cultural security and put cultural security first at all times. There is a sense of concern for cultural security. Through self-reform and transformation of others, socialist cultural values that meet the needs of the development of our country and have Chinese characteristics are formed, and a reasonable cultural system is established. Only in this way, We can better safeguard the cultural characteristics of our nation, make our national culture better development, and prosper our nation's spiritual homeland.
