【摘要】：縱觀中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展歷程,教育在改變中國(guó)的國(guó)際地位、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和種族面貌上起了關(guān)鍵性的作用。教育成為衡量中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也是國(guó)家繁榮富強(qiáng)的推動(dòng)力。高等教育是整個(gè)教育體系中的最高層次,高校是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的基地,它們的地位和重要性是不言而喻的。隨著改革開(kāi)放的深入和經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)變,中國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的歷史時(shí)期。然而不可否認(rèn),當(dāng)今的高等教育體系還面臨在諸多問(wèn)題,首要解決的便是教育資金短缺的問(wèn)題。美國(guó)的高校主要是由社會(huì)捐贈(zèng)建立和維持發(fā)展的,以賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)為例,他們有著悠久的捐贈(zèng)歷史,在籌措教育資金方面有很多值得我們學(xué)習(xí)的地方。我們應(yīng)該從研究具體一所大學(xué)的社會(huì)捐贈(zèng)入手,由特殊到一般,分析美國(guó)高校社會(huì)捐贈(zèng)的整體狀況,再結(jié)合我國(guó)高校捐贈(zèng)的現(xiàn)狀,找出問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,得出可行性發(fā)展建議。 本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)論述：第一章是對(duì)文章的選題背景、研究動(dòng)態(tài)、研究?jī)r(jià)值、研究方法的簡(jiǎn)單介紹；第二章通過(guò)不同社會(huì)視角分析賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)的捐贈(zèng)原因并論述了其捐贈(zèng)類(lèi)型；第三章闡述了賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)社會(huì)捐贈(zèng)的現(xiàn)狀和途徑；第四章詳細(xì)解釋了賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)社會(huì)捐贈(zèng)資金的管理,包括其管理機(jī)構(gòu)、管理制度；第五章論述了捐贈(zèng)對(duì)于學(xué)校和捐贈(zèng)者雙方產(chǎn)生的影響；第六章通過(guò)總結(jié)美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)社會(huì)捐贈(zèng)的杰出經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合中國(guó)高等學(xué)校捐贈(zèng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,提出了適合中國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展的可行性建議。
[Abstract]:Throughout the development of Chinese society, education has played a key role in changing China's international status, economic situation and ethnic outlook. Education has become an important standard for measuring China's economic development. Higher education is the highest level in the whole education system, and colleges and universities are the bases for training high-quality talents. Their status and importance are self-evident. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the transformation of economic system, the development of higher education in China has entered a new historical period. Today's higher education system is still facing many problems. The most important solution is the shortage of educational funds. Colleges and universities in the United States are mainly established and maintained by social donations. Take the University of Pennsylvania as an example. They have a long history of giving, and they have a lot to learn about raising funds for education. We should start with the social donation of a specific university, from special to general. By analyzing the overall situation of social donation in American universities and combining with the present situation of college donation in our country, the key points of the problem are found out, and the feasible development suggestions are obtained. This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects: the first chapter is a brief introduction to the background, research trends, research value and research methods of the article; The second chapter analyzes the causes and types of donation in the University of Pennsylvania from different social perspectives, and the third chapter expounds the current situation and ways of social donation in the University of Pennsylvania. The fourth chapter explains in detail the management of the social donation funds of the University of Pennsylvania, including its management organization and management system, and the fifth chapter discusses the impact of donation on both the school and the donor. The sixth chapter summarizes the outstanding experience of social donation from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States and puts forward some feasible suggestions suitable for the development of higher education in China.
