【摘要】:幼兒教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,是終身教育的奠基階段。隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,各級(jí)各類優(yōu)質(zhì)教育成為發(fā)展的客觀需求。本文擬研究的深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,在于順應(yīng)時(shí)代要求,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化幼兒教育,提高幼兒教師專業(yè)水平。本文提出的幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是指幼兒教師在從事幼兒教育工作過(guò)程中,其專業(yè)知識(shí)技能的不斷豐富,專業(yè)態(tài)度的不斷改善以及專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的不斷提升。 深圳市由于其建制的特殊性決定了它的幼兒教育在體制上與其它大部分省市存在較為明顯的差異,即深圳市民辦幼兒園占深圳市幼兒園總數(shù)的90%以上,于是當(dāng)?shù)?8%的幼兒就讀于民辦幼兒園,97%的幼兒教師在民辦幼兒園。由此,,深圳市民辦幼兒園教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)深圳市幼兒教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有決定性的影響。 本文研究的目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程與現(xiàn)狀研究,探尋影響深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題,為如何推動(dòng)民辦幼兒園教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展找到一些切實(shí)可行的路子。 全文共分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分,研究深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的意義。從幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的定義出發(fā),分別從提升教師素質(zhì),提升幼兒教育質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)民辦幼兒園良性發(fā)展,深化幼兒教育辦學(xué)體制改革等四個(gè)方面闡述了深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要意義。 第二部分,分析深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程與現(xiàn)狀。深圳自特區(qū)建立以來(lái)20余年,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)明顯的階段。民辦幼兒園教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展在深圳市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)階段呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點(diǎn)。 第三部分,重點(diǎn)剖析影響深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題。針對(duì)當(dāng)前深圳市民辦幼兒園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析影響深圳市民辦幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素,分別從對(duì)教
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is an important part of basic education and the foundation stage of lifelong education. With the continuous progress of our society, all kinds of quality education has become the objective demand of development. The professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen is to adapt to the requirements of the times, to further optimize early childhood education and improve the professional level of preschool teachers. The professional development of preschool teachers in this paper refers to the continuous enrichment of professional knowledge and skills, the continuous improvement of professional attitude and the continuous improvement of professional literacy of preschool teachers in the process of working in early childhood education. Because of the particularity of Shenzhen's organizational system, there are obvious differences between Shenzhen's preschool education system and most other provinces and cities, that is, private kindergartens in Shenzhen account for more than 90% of the total number of kindergartens in Shenzhen. As a result, 98% of the children studied in private kindergartens and 97% of teachers were in private kindergartens. Therefore, the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen has a decisive impact on the development of preschool education in Shenzhen. The purpose of this study is to explore the main problems affecting the professional development of teachers in private kindergartens in Shenzhen through the research on the course and current situation of teachers' professional development in private kindergartens in Shenzhen. For how to promote the professional development of private kindergarten teachers to find some practical ways. The full text is divided into four parts: The first part studies the significance of teachers' professional development in private kindergartens in Shenzhen. Starting from the definition of professional development of preschool teachers, we should promote the quality of teachers, improve the quality of early childhood education, and promote the benign development of private kindergartens. This paper expounds the significance of the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen from four aspects: deepening the reform of preschool education system. The second part analyzes the history and present situation of teachers' professional development in private kindergartens in Shenzhen. Shenzhen has experienced three distinct stages of economic development since the establishment of the SEZ. The professional development of private kindergarten teachers presents different characteristics in each stage of Shenzhen's economic development. The third part analyzes the main problems that affect the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in Shenzhen. In view of the current situation of the development of private kindergartens in Shenzhen, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the professional development of teachers of private kindergartens in Shenzhen.
