【摘要】：近年來，黨中央、國務(wù)院對政策性農(nóng)業(yè)保險的發(fā)展給予高度重視。農(nóng)業(yè)保險業(yè)務(wù)快速增長，在農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了穩(wěn)定器的作用。 本文主要由五部分組成。緒論部分介紹了研究思路和研究內(nèi)容，，以及研究的目的和意義；第一部分介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)保險的理論知識；第二部分是對Y農(nóng)業(yè)保險公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析；第三部分分析Y農(nóng)業(yè)保險公司的風(fēng)險因素；第四部分比較借鑒國外農(nóng)業(yè)保險風(fēng)險管理的領(lǐng)先經(jīng)驗；第五部分提出完善Y農(nóng)業(yè)保險公司風(fēng)險管理與控制的對策。 本文采用理論分析、實證分析和比較分析結(jié)合的研究方法，識別和分析Y農(nóng)業(yè)保險公司在經(jīng)營管理中面臨的各種風(fēng)險，探索風(fēng)險管理的有效途徑，以提高農(nóng)業(yè)保險保障能力，提升農(nóng)業(yè)保險為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development of policy agricultural insurance. Agricultural insurance business growth, in rural economic and social development has played a stabilizing role. This paper mainly consists of five parts. The first part introduces the theoretical knowledge of agricultural insurance, the second part is the analysis of the current situation of Y agricultural insurance company. The third part analyzes the risk factors of Y agricultural insurance company; the fourth part compares the advanced experience of foreign agricultural insurance risk management; the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the risk management and control of Y agricultural insurance company. This paper adopts the research methods of theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis to identify and analyze all kinds of risks faced by Y agricultural insurance companies in operation and management, and to explore effective ways of risk management in order to improve the security ability of agricultural insurance. Improve the level of agricultural insurance for rural economic and social development.
