【摘要】：[目的/意義]分析資源配置對(duì)高校科技產(chǎn)出的影響,有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)高校增強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新能力的著力點(diǎn)。[方法/過(guò)程]以新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,首先對(duì)我國(guó)在該產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的科技論文和專利產(chǎn)出總體情況進(jìn)行分析;并將分析結(jié)果與車輛工程專業(yè)全國(guó)排名前10的高校的相關(guān)科研產(chǎn)出進(jìn)行對(duì)比,根據(jù)對(duì)比結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步分析這10所高校人力、經(jīng)費(fèi)、科技服務(wù)等方面的資源配置對(duì)其科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的推動(dòng)和影響。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]科技服務(wù)作為一種無(wú)形生產(chǎn)力,在推動(dòng)科技產(chǎn)出、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面具有不可或缺的作用,尤其是以圖書情報(bào)機(jī)構(gòu)為主體開展的各種科技支撐服務(wù)。因此,在新經(jīng)濟(jì)常態(tài)下,面向產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新提供支撐服務(wù)是今后高校圖書館服務(wù)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的重要發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:[Objective] / significance analysis on the impact of resource allocation on the output of science and technology, is helpful to find the focal point. Method / process] to enhance scientific and technological innovation ability in Colleges and universities in the new energy automotive industry as an example, the first in the industry in China in the field of scientific papers and patent output overall situation analysis and analysis of related research; the 10 national ranking of major results and vehicle engineering before the output is compared, according to the comparison results, further analysis of the 10 universities of manpower, funds, technology services and other aspects of the allocation of resources to promote and influence on its technological innovation output response. Results and conclusion the science and technology service as a kind of intangible productivity, in the promotion of science and technology that plays an essential role to enhance the core competitiveness of industries, especially in Library and information institutions for science and technology the main content of the support services. Therefore, in the new economic norm, industry oriented It is an important development direction for the university library to serve the national innovation strategy in the future.
