【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著關(guān)鍵作用,而服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵因素,其研究具有非常強的理論和實踐意義。服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的是否健康、均衡、協(xié)調(diào),會對一個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了幾十年,目前國外對其研究比較成熟,而早期中國對服務(wù)業(yè)的重視程度較低,對其本身以及其結(jié)構(gòu)的研究起步的也是從八九十年代開始。經(jīng)過近三十年的發(fā)展,國內(nèi)學(xué)者的研究成果也相當(dāng)豐富,主要集中在對服務(wù)業(yè)的增長和其在經(jīng)濟中所占比重的研究,服務(wù)業(yè)與勞動就業(yè)之間的關(guān)系研究,以及對某一具體的服務(wù)業(yè)(房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、金融業(yè)、交通運輸業(yè)等)的影響因素的研究,而對服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)層次的研究相對較少。雖然河南省經(jīng)濟正處于蓬勃發(fā)展時期,但是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整已經(jīng)刻不容緩。要實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特別是服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整對其有重要意義。本文以河南省服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)為主要研究對象,對服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的階段性特征和服務(wù)業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出法等理論進(jìn)行梳理和分析,并依據(jù)歷年河南省的統(tǒng)計年鑒以及2002年、2007年以及2012年河南省投入產(chǎn)出表的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理和計算,宏觀上分析了河南省服務(wù)業(yè)的總體構(gòu)成、發(fā)展趨勢、就業(yè)比重、固定資產(chǎn)投資等方面;微觀上探討了河南省服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部各行業(yè)的投入和產(chǎn)出基本狀況、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)波及效應(yīng)以及需求的生產(chǎn)誘發(fā)等多個方面。通過分析得出以下結(jié)論及建議:1、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。目前河南省產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)中第一、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重偏高,服務(wù)業(yè)比重偏低;投入結(jié)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)為勞動力向第一產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)勞動力投入較少,且服務(wù)業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投入效率過低的特點。要大力發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè),并不斷提高服務(wù)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的比重。2、服務(wù)業(yè)各層次間關(guān)聯(lián)性逐漸提高,專業(yè)化程度逐漸增強。目前服務(wù)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中逐漸呈現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)行業(yè)的特點,與其它行業(yè)的聯(lián)動作用增強,且自身行業(yè)產(chǎn)值增加,增加值率上升,未來發(fā)展良好。同時,服務(wù)業(yè)對其它行業(yè)的發(fā)展的依賴作用在減小,行業(yè)發(fā)展自身獨立性增強,其它行業(yè)對服務(wù)業(yè)的依賴作用在增強。3、流通性服務(wù)業(yè)增加值占比下降,但與其它行業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效果上升;消費性服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟增長促進(jìn)作用減弱;生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,行業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度上升;社會性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展獨立性增強。要繼續(xù)加快流通性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)新型物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,并引導(dǎo)道路交通中主導(dǎo)行業(yè)的更替;在保持生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)中傳統(tǒng)支柱行業(yè)(金融業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)等)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,加大對信息技術(shù)業(yè)和科學(xué)研究技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)等高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)的投入,促進(jìn)其與其他行業(yè)的融合。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure plays a key role in the economic development of the region, and the structure of the service industry is the key factor in the industrial structure, has a very strong theoretical and practical significance of the research. The development of the service industry is healthy, balanced, coordinated, will have an important impact on the economic development of a region. The structure of the service industry has experienced for decades, at present the research is relatively mature, and the extent of early Chinese emphasis on service industry is low, starting on the structure itself and its research is from the beginning of 80s and 90s. After nearly thirty years of development, the domestic scholar's research results are also very rich, mainly focus on the research of service industry growth and the proportion in the economy. The research on the relationship between service industry and employment, and for a specific service (real estate, finance, transportation and other factors) Study and Research on the internal structure of the service industry level is relatively small. Although Henan province economy is in a period of vigorous development, but the adjustment of industrial structure is urgent. In order to realize sustainable economic development, industrial structure especially the strategic adjustment of the structure of service industry has important significance to its internal structure. This paper takes Henan Province as the main service industry study on the structure of service industry, service industry development stage characteristics and service industry input-output analysis carding and analysis theory, and based on the statistical yearbook of Henan province in 2002 and 2007 to 2012 in Henan province and relevant data input output table collation and calculation, the macro analysis of the overall structure, Henan the service industry development trend, the proportion of employment, investment in fixed assets and other aspects; micro analyses of the various sectors within the Henan province service industry input and output basic Situation, industry association effect, many aspects of industry spread effect and the demand of the production induced. Through the analysis we draw the following conclusions and recommendations: 1, three times of input and output of industrial structure is not reasonable. The output structure of Henan Province in the first, high proportion of the second industry, the proportion of service industry is low; the investment structure is aggregated to the first industry, the second industry and the service industry labor costs less, and the service industry fixed assets investment efficiency is too low. We should vigorously develop the service industry, the proportion of.2 and improve the service industry in the national economy, the level of correlation between service industry gradually increased, the degree of specialization gradually. The service sector in the economy the development gradually has the characteristics of basic industries, enhance the interaction with other industries, and its industry value added, value added rate rise, the future development is good. At the same time, the service industry The development of IT industry on the role in reducing the development of the industry, enhance their independence and other industries in the service sector depends on the role in the enhancement of.3, increase the liquidity value of service industry proportion decreased, but the rise and other related industries; consumer service industry to promote economic growth weakened; the development of productive service industry rapidly, industry related degree rise; enhancing the independence of the development of social services. To continue to accelerate the development of circulation services, promote the development of new logistics industry, and guide the leading industry in road traffic turnover; in keeping the production service industry in the traditional pillar industry (financial industry, real estate development foundation) on the increase in the information technology industry and scientific research and technical services and other high technology service industry investment, promote its integration with other industries.
