【摘要】：2015年11月10日召開的中央財(cái)經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組第十一次會(huì)議上,習(xí)近平提出“在擴(kuò)大總需求的同時(shí),加強(qiáng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革”,山東省也提出相應(yīng)的“十三五”規(guī)劃期間任務(wù)目標(biāo)。以此為背景,本文運(yùn)用山東省宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù),通過趨勢(shì)對(duì)比、“偏離份額法”和索洛殘余等經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),對(duì)1978年至2014年山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。研究后我們發(fā)現(xiàn)改革開放以來山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系有以下特點(diǎn):三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)比例趨于穩(wěn)定,但還有發(fā)展的空間,其區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡;山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)極大;山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力主要源于要素稟賦的積累,技術(shù)進(jìn)步并不是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿?第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重需要提高,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性有待進(jìn)一步提升。論文分為六方面內(nèi)容:第一部分為緒論,闡述了論文的背景和意義,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并且介紹論文的研究方法、研究框架等;第二部分對(duì)山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要述評(píng),介紹山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)趨勢(shì)特點(diǎn),并將山東省分為東中西部進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)比;第三部分運(yùn)用“偏離份額法”研究山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷對(duì)生產(chǎn)效率的影響,得出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn);第四部分將產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化兩個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)維度,對(duì)山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的高度化和合理化水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);第五部分以索洛殘余定義和CD函數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)改革開放以來山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的技術(shù)進(jìn)步進(jìn)行研究,得到全要素生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)率的變化趨勢(shì)及其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率;第六部分結(jié)合前幾部分對(duì)山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的研究,總結(jié)出山東省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)特點(diǎn)及結(jié)論,并對(duì)其實(shí)現(xiàn)“十三五”規(guī)劃目標(biāo)和推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革提出建議。
[Abstract]:At the 11th meeting of the Central leading Group on Finance and Economics, held on November 10, 2015, Xi Jinping proposed "strengthening supply-side structural reform while expanding aggregate demand", and Shandong Province also put forward corresponding mission objectives for the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Against this background, this paper studies the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth of Shandong Province from 1978 to 2014 by using the macroeconomic data of Shandong Province, through trend comparison, "deviation share method" and Solow's residual economic basis. After the study, we find that the relationship between industrial structure adjustment and economic growth in Shandong Province since the reform and opening up has the following characteristics: the proportion of three industrial structure tends to be stable, but there is room for development, and the regional development is not balanced; The adjustment of industrial structure in Shandong Province contributes greatly to its economic growth. The motive force of economic growth in Shandong Province is mainly derived from the accumulation of factor endowments. Technological progress is not the main driving force of economic growth. The proportion of the tertiary industry needs to be increased. The rationality of industrial structure needs to be further improved. The thesis is divided into six aspects: the first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of the paper, as well as the domestic and foreign scholars on the industrial structure and economic growth, and introduces the research methods, research framework and so on; The second part briefly reviews the industrial structure and economic development of Shandong Province, introduces the characteristics of the evolution trend of industrial structure of Shandong Province, and divides Shandong Province into the east, the middle and the west to carry on the economic development contrast; The third part studies the effect of the industrial structure change on the production efficiency by the method of "deviation share", and draws the contribution of the industrial structure change to the economic growth. In the fourth part, the industrial structure is divided into two dynamic dimensions of industrial structure elevation and industrial structure rationalization, the fifth part is based on Solow residual definition and CD function. This paper studies the technological progress in the economic growth of Shandong Province since the reform and opening up, and obtains the change trend of total factor productivity growth rate and its contribution rate to economic growth. The sixth part summarizes the characteristics and conclusions of the industrial structure and economic growth of Shandong Province, combined with the previous parts of the study of industrial structure and economic growth in Shandong Province. Some suggestions are put forward to realize the third five-year plan and promote the structural reform on the supply side.
