【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟正持續(xù)增長,吸引了眾多西方媒體的關注,而曾經(jīng)炙手可熱的中國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)自2013年下半年開始呈放緩趨勢,國外媒體對此更是高度矚目。相對國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場的報道而言,西方主流媒體結合全球房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展趨勢以及自身對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的了解,對中國房地產(chǎn)市場的報道更為全面、更為透徹。在當今這個信息爆炸的時代,了解西方媒體對中國經(jīng)濟、對中國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的中立報道,能為中國讀者提供一個很好的借鑒途徑�；�于上述原因,對房地產(chǎn)市場新聞報道文本漢譯實踐與研究,對中國乃至整個世界都很有意義。本翻譯項目以BBC網(wǎng)站上關于中國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的新聞為例,選取了若干文本進行翻譯實踐,并在此基礎上撰寫了翻譯報告。報告對選取的文本從詞匯、句法和語篇三個層面上進行了分析,總結出房地產(chǎn)新聞文本的特點。在此基礎上,報告以文本類型理論為指導,就新聞文本的翻譯策略和原則進行了討論,總結和闡述了翻譯過程中的發(fā)現(xiàn)和不足,以便為今后房地產(chǎn)新聞文本的翻譯實踐提供參考和建議。報告共五章:第一章,任務描述。介紹了選取文本的來源、字數(shù)、內(nèi)容等大致情況,并對于該項目的實踐意義和學術價值進行了描述。第二章,過程描述。就整個翻譯項目的準備、實踐和校對進行了歸納和描述。第三章,文本分析。對選取文本從詞匯、句法和語篇三個層次進行了分析,指出此類文本在用詞上多新詞、多縮寫詞、多專有名詞、多術語,以及靈活運用詞匯修辭手段等;句式上,長句居多,句群結構繁復,句法層面多用修辭手段,多用被動結構等;語篇上,結構明晰,信息分布呈倒金字塔結構,段落較短,多用銜接手段,重要信息加粗加下劃線。本章最后,譯者就文本類型理論作了簡要介紹。第四章,案例研究。在分析原文的基礎上,從詞、句、篇三個層面結合實例,針對翻譯過程中的重點難點,總結和描述譯程中所采用的翻譯策略和方法,并提供給讀者簡潔明了、準確暢達的譯文。詞匯層面上,對于新詞、縮寫詞、專有名詞及術語,譯者采用查閱相關資料,套用現(xiàn)有漢語版本或是通過意譯的方法進行翻譯;對于包含了修辭手法的詞匯,根據(jù)文本類型學理論的原則,譯者將翻譯重心放在譯入語上,采取等效翻譯的方法,把原文中的修辭表達照直移入譯語中。句法層面上,對于長句,首先通過分析句子結構摸清各成分之間的邏輯關系,再根據(jù)漢語習慣對譯文進行重組,如遇句群結構繁復,翻譯時則圍繞句群中心句進行翻譯,分清主次,做到譯入語語句之間銜接緊密、語義連貫;對于句法層面上的修辭手段,其翻譯也根據(jù)文本類型學的原則進行了翻譯,盡量把修辭手法翻譯出來;句法層面上的被動結構根據(jù)情況保留一部分,同時通過調(diào)整語序,對原文的語態(tài)進行適當?shù)霓D換,譯為漢語的主動句。語篇層面上,翻譯時保留倒金字塔結構,根據(jù)事實的重要程度及受眾的關心程度進行依次遞減,把最重要的成分譯在前面,再根據(jù)各事實重要程度依次翻譯,同時考慮到段落較短的特點,翻譯時運用恰當手段進行銜接,避免前言不搭后語,根據(jù)實際情況合并內(nèi)容相近的相鄰句子;對于語篇層面上的銜接手段,在準確分析和理解原文的基礎上采取了不同手段保留或者省略;在處理突出信息時,通過重復和改變字體的方法凸顯信息,同時在符合邏輯的前提下,根據(jù)信息重要程度進行譯文語序的調(diào)整。第五章,總結�；�于運用文本類型理論翻譯新聞報道文本進行實踐的發(fā)現(xiàn),對未來在該領域內(nèi)的實踐和研究提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The economy is continuing to grow China, attracted many Western media attention, and Chinese once hot real estate industry since the second half of 2013 was slowing trend, foreign media attention. This is highly relative to the domestic real estate market reports, western mainstream media according to the development trend of global real estate and their own understanding of the real estate the industry of real estate market, China reported more comprehensive, more thorough. In this era of information explosion, understand the western media to China economic reports on China, neutrality of the real estate industry, can provide a good reference way for Chinese readers. Based on the above reasons, the research and practice of Chinese the real estate market news text, has great significance to the Chinese and even the whole world. This translation project to BBC sites on the Chinese real estate industry news as an example, if selected Do text translation practice, translation and writing on the basis of this report. The report of the selected text from the three aspects of vocabulary, syntax and discourse analysis, summed up the characteristics of the real estate news text. On the basis of this report, with text type theory as a guide, news text translation strategies and principles are discussed, summarizes and describes the translation process and found deficiencies, so as to provide reference and suggestions for the translation practice in the future real estate news report. The text consists of five chapters: the first chapter introduces the source of the task description. The selected text, words, content for the general situation, and the practical significance of the project and the academic value is described. The second chapter, the whole process is described. The translation project preparation, practice and proofreading are summarized and described. The third chapter is text analysis.
