【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)和工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,以及國(guó)家對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)力度的加大和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,鋼鐵的需求量迅速增大,焦炭的需求量也隨之增大,帶動(dòng)了焦炭行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)焦炭產(chǎn)能迅猛擴(kuò)張,焦炭市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。焦化行業(yè)盡管發(fā)展進(jìn)步明顯,但仍然存在行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、生產(chǎn)成本較高、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低等問(wèn)題。特別是隨著高爐大型化及冶煉技術(shù)的發(fā)展,鋼鐵行業(yè)對(duì)焦炭質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高,這就要求焦化企業(yè)不斷提高焦炭產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,以滿足高爐冶煉對(duì)焦炭質(zhì)量的要求。但我國(guó)煉焦煤資源相對(duì)稀缺,儲(chǔ)量?jī)H占我國(guó)煤炭總量的26.30%,粘結(jié)性好的煉焦煤價(jià)格也越來(lái)越高。在煉焦煤資源緊缺和煤價(jià)逐漸升高的情況下,如何加大廉價(jià)煤種的使用量,不斷改善焦炭質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)的焦炭,降低生產(chǎn)成本是焦化行業(yè)普遍存在的一個(gè)難題。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)許多焦化企業(yè)通過(guò)摸索和實(shí)踐,提出了許多提高焦炭質(zhì)量的措施,但沒(méi)有一套系統(tǒng)的適合焦化企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系,許多焦化企業(yè)的焦炭產(chǎn)品還沒(méi)有達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)冶金焦的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),和國(guó)外的焦炭質(zhì)量指標(biāo)還存在一定的差距。 論文主要是針對(duì)河北旭陽(yáng)焦化有限公司如何用廉價(jià)煤生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)焦炭的質(zhì)量管理改進(jìn)的案例研究,研究了公司質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,如何加大廉價(jià)煤種的使用量,加強(qiáng)配煤技術(shù)研究,采用新技術(shù)對(duì)焦?fàn)t設(shè)備進(jìn)行改造,對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝流程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化,并在生產(chǎn)全過(guò)程中運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)化的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方案,最終生產(chǎn)出了優(yōu)質(zhì)焦炭,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,其焦炭產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到了國(guó)家一級(jí)冶金焦的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。總結(jié)出利用廉價(jià)煤生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)焦炭的質(zhì)量管理改進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和一整套的適合焦化企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理改進(jìn)體系。這一案例對(duì)同行業(yè)的其他焦化企業(yè),無(wú)論在理論上還是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用上都有一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義和一定的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the upgrading and industrialization of China's consumption structure, the acceleration of urbanization process, the increase of national infrastructure construction and the rapid development of the real estate industry, the demand for steel has increased rapidly. With the increase of coke demand, the rapid development of coke industry, the rapid expansion of domestic coke production capacity, coke market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Although the development of coking industry is obvious, there are still some problems, such as overcapacity, high production cost and low product quality. Especially with the development of large blast furnace and smelting technology, the quality of coke in steel industry is more and more high, which requires coking enterprises to improve the quality of coke products to meet the requirements of coke quality in blast furnace smelting. However, the coking coal resources in China are relatively scarce, the reserves only account for 26.30% of the total coal in our country, and the price of coking coal with good bindability is higher and higher. With the shortage of coking coal resources and the increasing of coal price, how to increase the usage of cheap coal, improve coke quality, produce high quality coke and reduce production cost is a common problem in coking industry. Although many domestic coking enterprises put forward many measures to improve coke quality through exploration and practice, there is no systematic quality management system suitable for coking enterprises. The coke products of many coking enterprises have not reached the national primary metallurgical coke quality standard, and there is still a certain gap between the coke quality index and the foreign coke quality index. This paper mainly aims at the case study of how to improve the quality management of producing high quality coke by using cheap coal in Hebei Xuyang Coking Co., Ltd., studies the present situation and existing problems of quality management of the company, and how to increase the usage of cheap coal. The research of coal blending technology was strengthened, the coke oven equipment was reformed with new technology, the production process was systematically optimized, and the systematic quality improvement scheme was used in the whole production process, and the high quality coke was finally produced. The production cost was reduced and the quality of coke product reached the national first grade metallurgical coke quality standard. The experience of quality management improvement in the production of high quality coke from cheap coal and a set of quality management improvement systems suitable for coking enterprises are summarized. This case has certain practical significance and theoretical research value for other coking enterprises in the same industry, both in theory and in practical application.
