【摘要】：DH能源股份有限公司是一家從LPG國(guó)際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)起步的民營(yíng)上市公司,論文以企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對(duì)象,在戰(zhàn)略理論的指導(dǎo)下,綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查分析等方法,對(duì)DH能源公司進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。通過(guò)分析企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、行業(yè)的前景以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)外部環(huán)境可能帶來(lái)的市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇和威脅。通過(guò)研究企業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程、擁有的資源以及企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期積累的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,總結(jié)了企業(yè)可能擁有的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)與存在的劣勢(shì)。綜合企業(yè)擁有的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)以及面臨的外部機(jī)遇與威脅,基于企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)追求,提出了DH能源股份有限公司“烷烴資源綜合運(yùn)營(yíng)商”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和“市場(chǎng)細(xì)分條件下縱向一體化”的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。結(jié)合DH能源股份有限公司目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,為實(shí)施細(xì)分市場(chǎng)條件下的縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略、實(shí)現(xiàn)烷烴資源綜合運(yùn)營(yíng)商的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),論文最后提出了企業(yè)必須從組織保障、人力資源保障、融資渠道保障以及企業(yè)文化保障等方面入手,確保企業(yè)總體戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Dh Energy Co., Ltd. is a private listed company which starts from the international trade business of LPG. This paper takes the development strategy of enterprises as the research object, under the guidance of the strategy theory, synthetically uses the literature research, the investigation and analysis and so on. The DH energy company is studied deeply. By analyzing the external environment of the enterprise, the prospect of the industry and the market competition, the paper finds out the market opportunities and threats that the external environment may bring. By studying the course of enterprise development, the resources and the core competence accumulated for a long time, this paper summarizes the market competitive advantages and disadvantages that enterprises may have. The internal advantages and disadvantages and the external opportunities and threats faced by the integrated enterprises are based on the entrepreneurial pursuit of the enterprises. This paper puts forward the strategic goal of DH Energy Co., Ltd. "Comprehensive operator of alkane resources" and the overall development strategy of "vertical integration under the condition of market segmentation". Combined with the present management situation of DH Energy Co., Ltd., in order to implement the vertical integration strategy under the condition of subdivision market, and realize the strategic goal of the comprehensive operator of alkane resources, the paper finally puts forward that the enterprise must guarantee from the organization. In order to ensure the implementation of the overall strategy and the realization of the strategic goal, human resources, financing channels and corporate culture are guaranteed.
