火力發(fā)電企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)財務(wù)模塊應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著電力市場競爭的不斷加劇,傳統(tǒng)的管理方式已經(jīng)制約了企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,火力發(fā)電企業(yè)急需建立一套高度集中的信息管理平臺,提供更加健全的信息管理和更加完善的信息共享。ERP系統(tǒng)是在90年代初提出的一套將財會、分銷、制造和其它業(yè)務(wù)功能合理集成的應(yīng)用軟件系統(tǒng)。財務(wù)模塊是ERP系統(tǒng)中的核心模塊,財務(wù)管理在企業(yè)管理中占據(jù)極為重要的地位;鹆Πl(fā)電電力企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP財務(wù)項(xiàng)目,不僅能夠提升企業(yè)的財務(wù)管理水平,更重要的是提高了企業(yè)的核心競爭力。本文針對火力發(fā)電廠EPR財務(wù)模塊進(jìn)行了如下研究: (1)結(jié)合火力發(fā)電企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,研究ERP理論及ERP系統(tǒng)財務(wù)管理的特點(diǎn)。以公司財務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)核算需求為目標(biāo),總體設(shè)計了漳山發(fā)電公司ERP系統(tǒng)財務(wù)模塊,對漳山的組織架構(gòu)、主數(shù)據(jù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)核算流程進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,總結(jié)出通用性強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并通過系統(tǒng)功能在操作層面進(jìn)行固化,體現(xiàn)了“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、通用、可操作和可控制”的特點(diǎn)。 (2)設(shè)計和實(shí)施了員工報銷平臺與ERP系統(tǒng)財務(wù)管理信息聯(lián)動專題。在ERP系統(tǒng)中將財務(wù)員工與人資模塊中員工主數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行集成,自動完成員工供應(yīng)商的創(chuàng)建工作。開發(fā)基于網(wǎng)頁的全漳山發(fā)電公司上線單位統(tǒng)一的員工借款、報銷處理平臺。ERP系統(tǒng)中的信息與員工借款、報銷平臺能夠互相更新,保持同步。 (3)設(shè)計和實(shí)施了資金計劃、支付管理平臺與財務(wù)管理信息聯(lián)動專題。在ERP系統(tǒng)中開發(fā)資金計劃與資金支付管理平臺,統(tǒng)一管理上線單位的資金計劃與資金支付業(yè)務(wù)。 (4)設(shè)計和實(shí)施了燃料系統(tǒng)集成核算與財務(wù)管理信息聯(lián)動專題。漳山發(fā)電公司燃料系統(tǒng)與ERP系統(tǒng)緊密集成,按照收、發(fā)兩條線進(jìn)行功能的設(shè)計,以滿足燃料成本核算的需求。 (5)設(shè)計和實(shí)施了在建工程核算與財務(wù)管理信息聯(lián)動專題。首先通過費(fèi)用科目進(jìn)行核算,在項(xiàng)目管理模塊中按項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行歸集,月末通過WBS結(jié)算到相應(yīng)的在建工程主數(shù)據(jù);待項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收后,需要進(jìn)行暫估記賬的,,進(jìn)行在建工程預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)固。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the power market, the traditional management mode has restricted the rapid development of enterprises, thermal power enterprises urgently need to establish a highly centralized information management platform. To provide more sound information management and more perfect information sharing. ERP system is a set of reasonable integration of accounting, distribution, manufacturing and other business functions in the early 1990s. Financial module is the core module of ERP system, and financial management occupies an extremely important position in enterprise management. The implementation of ERP financial project in thermal power generation enterprises can not only improve the financial management level of enterprises, but also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the EPR finance module of thermal power plant is studied as follows: This paper studies the ERP theory and the characteristics of the financial management of ERP system combined with the current situation of thermal power generation enterprises. Aiming at the requirement of the company's financial standard accounting, the ERP system finance module of Zhangshan Power Generation Company is designed. The organizational structure, master data and standard accounting process of Zhangshan Power Company are standardized, and the business process with strong generality is summarized. The system functions are solidified at the operation level, which embodies the characteristics of "standard, universal, operable and controllable". Design and implementation of employee reimbursement platform and ERP system financial management information linkage. In the ERP system, the financial staff is integrated with the employee master data in the HR module, and the employee supplier is created automatically. Develop the unified employee loan based on web page in Quanzhanshan Power Generation Company. The information in ERP system and employee loan can be updated and kept in sync with each other. Design and implementation of a fund plan, payment management platform and financial management information linkage. Develop the fund plan and fund payment management platform in the ERP system, and manage the fund plan and fund payment business of the line unit. Design and implementation of the fuel system integrated accounting and financial management information linkage. In order to meet the demand of fuel cost accounting, the fuel system and ERP system of Zhangshan Power Company are closely integrated and designed according to the function of two lines. Design and implementation of the project in progress accounting and financial management information linkage. First, through the cost account, in the project management module according to the project collection, the end of the month through the WBS settlement to the corresponding construction of the main data; after the completion of the project acceptance, the need for temporary accounting, the construction of the project in advance consolidation.
