【摘要】:建筑企業(yè)多項目管理的關(guān)鍵是在相同或相似的項目之間進行資源分配,企業(yè)由于資源限制,不可能完全滿足所有項目的資源配置,因此如何有效地配置資源以避免項目間資源沖突并且提高資源利用率,對于項目成功實施能夠起到重要作用。在完成建筑企業(yè)目標所需的各種資源中,最重要的是人力資源,項目人力資源管理的差異決定了項目進程的差異。項目參與人員又需要有一定的一貫性,比如技術(shù)人員往往同時參與到多個項目中,而單個項目的不同階段又需要同一批技術(shù)人員不同程度地參與。所以,建筑企業(yè)如何合理、有效地配置人力,提高人力資源利用效率,以滿足建筑企業(yè)多項目管理中的人力資源需求并縮短工期,從而降低建筑企業(yè)成本、實現(xiàn)建筑企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標,成為建筑企業(yè)管理中的核心問題,也是多項目管理的難點和重點。 本文運用所學(xué)人力資源相關(guān)理論知識重點就A公司進行了現(xiàn)狀分析,論述中,本文圍繞提出問題、分析問題以及解決問題的研究思路為本課題研究的展開進行了論述。如在問題的提出層面,本文就本課題研究的背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本課題所涉及的人力資源管理知識進行了概述,為本文研究的順利進行做好了理論鋪墊;在問題的分析層面,本文重點就A公司人力資源管理的現(xiàn)況進行了診斷,重點分析了A公司績效考核、教育培訓(xùn)等五大模塊,為深入剖析A公司人力資源存在的問題作出了一些有益的探索;此外,在解決問題的層面,本文最后就A公司人力資源優(yōu)化問題提出了一些對策和建議,以期為完善A建公司人力資源管理機制做些有益的貢獻和研究嘗試。
[Abstract]:The key to multi-project management in construction enterprises is to allocate resources among the same or similar projects. Due to resource constraints, enterprises can not fully meet the resource allocation of all projects. Therefore, how to allocate resources effectively to avoid resource conflicts between projects and improve resource utilization can play an important role in the successful implementation of projects. Among all kinds of resources needed to accomplish the goal of construction enterprise, the most important is human resource. The difference of project human resource management determines the difference of project process. Project participants also need to have a certain degree of consistency, such as technical personnel often participate in multiple projects at the same time, and the different stages of a single project requires the same group of technical personnel to participate in different degrees. Therefore, how to reasonably and effectively allocate manpower and improve the efficiency of human resource utilization in order to meet the needs of human resources in multi-project management of construction enterprises and shorten the construction period, thus reducing the cost of construction enterprises, To realize the strategic goal of construction enterprises has become the core problem in the management of construction enterprises, and it is also the difficulty and focus of multi-project management. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of company A by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources. In the discussion, this paper focuses on the research ideas of raising questions, analyzing problems and solving problems. For example, at the level of raising the problem, this paper summarizes the background of the research, the current situation of the research at home and abroad and the knowledge of human resources management involved in this topic, which provides a theoretical basis for the smooth progress of this study. At the level of problem analysis, this paper focuses on the diagnosis of the current situation of human resources management in company A, and analyzes five modules of performance appraisal, education and training, etc. In order to deeply analyze the problems existing in the human resources of company A, this paper makes some useful explorations, in addition, at the level of solving the problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of human resources in company A. In order to improve the human resources management mechanism A construction company to make some useful contributions and research attempt.
