【摘要】：正劉秋萬:區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)既是機(jī)遇又是挑戰(zhàn),出于降低交易成本、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)模式、推動(dòng)金融服務(wù)體系現(xiàn)代化等原因,商業(yè)銀行具有探索區(qū)塊鏈的動(dòng)因;但在開展應(yīng)用探索時(shí)應(yīng)充分關(guān)注區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的適用性和局限性,保持既開放又審慎的態(tài)度,積極跟進(jìn)。繼云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融之后,區(qū)塊鏈從概念到實(shí)踐迅速演進(jìn),已成為新一輪研究熱點(diǎn)。英國(guó)央行、美國(guó)證券交易所、中國(guó)人民銀行等機(jī)構(gòu)紛紛宣布將研究或應(yīng)用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù);高盛、摩根大通、匯豐、花旗等40多家大型銀行和金融集團(tuán)加入了R3領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的區(qū)塊鏈聯(lián)盟;眾多知名專業(yè)
[Abstract]:Due to the reasons of reducing transaction cost, innovating service mode and promoting modernization of financial service system, commercial banks have the motivation to explore block chain. However, we should pay full attention to the applicability and limitation of block-chain technology, keep an open and prudent attitude, and actively follow up. After cloud computing, big data, Internet finance, the blockchain has evolved rapidly from concept to practice. The Bank of England, the American Stock Exchange, the people's Bank of China and other institutions have announced that they will study or apply blockchain technology; Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, etc. More than 40 large banks and financial groups, including Citigroup, have joined the R3-led block chain alliance; many well-known professionals
