上市銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效影響研究

【摘要】:隨著利率市場(chǎng)化改革的不斷推進(jìn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的興起,金融脫媒的出現(xiàn),外資銀行的進(jìn)入,資本市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,金融市場(chǎng)份額被不斷瓜分,另一方面利率市場(chǎng)化下利差收窄導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)的存貸款業(yè)務(wù)受到?jīng)_擊,加上經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)后,經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,商業(yè)銀行也深受影響,盈利能力有所下降。在這種情況下,如何提高商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效,實(shí)現(xiàn)新的發(fā)展顯得至關(guān)重要,為此商業(yè)銀行紛紛尋求業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,尋找新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。中間業(yè)務(wù)作為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行三大支柱業(yè)務(wù)之一,因其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小、成本低、收益高等特點(diǎn)而日益受到商業(yè)銀行的青睞,成為增加商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和收益的重要途徑。雖然近年來我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展很快,但是與西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家銀行相比我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展水平還很低,在總體規(guī)模、營(yíng)業(yè)收入占比、種類數(shù)量以及創(chuàng)新程度等方面均存在著較大的差距。中間業(yè)務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型的方向之一,怎樣發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)以及如何合理安排中間業(yè)務(wù)的結(jié)構(gòu),成為直接影響商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵問題。中間業(yè)務(wù)的種類很多,主要包括銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)、結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)、代理委托業(yè)務(wù)、擔(dān)保承諾業(yè)務(wù)等,中間業(yè)務(wù)的收入結(jié)構(gòu)代表著商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展水平,在一定程度上反映了中間業(yè)務(wù)未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。因而對(duì)其子業(yè)務(wù)的研究,也具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文選取了 16家上市銀行2010-2015年的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),試圖探討上市銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)及其主要子業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的影響。文章首先介紹了有關(guān)中間業(yè)務(wù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的相關(guān)概念,對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了一般性的理論分析,其次,對(duì)我國(guó)上市銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效及其中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,剖析了我國(guó)中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并借助實(shí)證研究方法探究上市銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)及其主要子業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示中間業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)上市銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效有顯著的正向促進(jìn)作用,與此同時(shí),結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)、代理委托業(yè)務(wù)與上市銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效也存在著顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而這種影響也存在著差異,但是銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)與上市銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,擔(dān)保承諾業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)上市銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的正向影響并不顯著。最后根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果提出了上市銀行應(yīng)該如何更好的發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)以提高經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的對(duì)策建議:第一,重視中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,擴(kuò)大中間業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模,提高中間業(yè)務(wù)收入在營(yíng)業(yè)收入中所占的比重;第二,不斷完善中間業(yè)務(wù)收入結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)中間業(yè)務(wù)良性發(fā)展;第三,以銀行卡為主要工具,帶動(dòng)上市銀行其他中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;第四,加快轉(zhuǎn)變上市銀行傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念,積極實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:With the reform of interest rate marketization, the rise of Internet finance, the emergence of financial disintermediation, the entry of foreign banks and the development of capital market, commercial banks are facing unprecedented challenges. The share of the financial market has been continuously divided. On the other hand, the narrowing of interest rate differentials under the marketization of interest rates has hit the traditional deposit and loan business. After the economy has entered the new normal, the economic growth rate has slowed, and commercial banks have also been greatly affected. In this case, how to improve the business performance of commercial banks and achieve new development is very important. As one of the three pillar businesses of modern commercial banks, intermediate business is increasingly favored by commercial banks because of its characteristics of low risk, low cost and high income. It has become an important way to increase the competitiveness and income of commercial banks. Although the intermediary business of commercial banks in China has developed rapidly in recent years, the level of intermediate business development of commercial banks in China is still very low compared with the banks in western developed countries, and on the overall scale, There is a big gap in the proportion of business income, the number of types and the degree of innovation. Intermediate business is one of the directions of commercial bank transformation, how to develop intermediate business and how to arrange the structure of intermediate business reasonably. It has become a key issue that directly affects the business performance of commercial banks. There are many types of intermediate business, mainly including bank card business, settlement business, agency entrustment business, guarantee and commitment business, etc. The income structure of the intermediate business represents the development level of the intermediate business of the commercial bank, and to some extent reflects the future development trend of the intermediate business. This paper selects the financial data of 16 listed banks from 2010 to 2015. This paper attempts to discuss the influence of intermediary business and its main sub-business of listed banks on their business performance. Firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts of intermediary business and business performance. This paper makes a general theoretical analysis on the relationship between intermediate business and business performance. Secondly, it makes a detailed analysis of the performance of listed banks in China and the development of intermediary business. The problems existing in the development of intermediate business in China are analyzed. The empirical results show that the intermediary business has a significant positive effect on the operating performance of listed banks, and at the same time, the settlement business. There is also a significant positive correlation between the agency entrusted business and the operating performance of listed banks, and there are differences in this effect, but there is a negative correlation between the bank card business and the operating performance of listed banks. The positive impact of guarantee commitment on the performance of listed banks is not significant. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop intermediary business better to improve the performance of listed banks: first, Attach importance to the development of intermediary business, expand the scale of intermediary business, and increase the proportion of intermediate business income in business income; second, continuously improve the structure of intermediate business income to promote the sound development of intermediate business; third, With bank card as the main tool to drive the development of other intermediary business of listed banks; 4th accelerate the transformation of the traditional management concept of listed banks and actively implement the business transformation.
