【摘要】:黨的十八屆三中全會《決定》明確表示,要“增強并提高小微企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新意識與能力”、“加強對小微企業(yè)的扶持”。小微企業(yè),是我國經(jīng)濟增長的重要推動力,近三年數(shù)據(jù)顯示對我國GDP的貢獻度均在60%以上,已成為促進國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與建設的強大助推器,在繁榮市場、推進技術創(chuàng)新、提供就業(yè)機會等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用;與此同時,小微企業(yè)憑借著自身靈活的運作體制、良好的適應能力為推動我國經(jīng)濟轉型、結構調整做出了巨大貢獻,不過融資難、貸款難一直是制約小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素。近幾年,從政府到銀行對如何解決這一問題進行了一系列探索和研究,但始終沒有從根本上解決這一矛盾問題。另一方面,銀行解決小微企業(yè)融資問題可以促進銀行的發(fā)展,為銀行生存發(fā)展帶來活力和更大的市場。青銅峽市農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社(下文統(tǒng)一簡稱青銅峽聯(lián)社)是一家農(nóng)村的中小型金融機構,在當?shù)仡H具影響力,并且在當?shù)匦∥⑵髽I(yè)金融服務領域占有一定市場份額。本文以青銅峽聯(lián)社為案例,以青銅峽聯(lián)社小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務為研究對象,首先對青銅峽聯(lián)社當前面臨的各方面競爭進行了分析,提出持續(xù)發(fā)展小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的重要性和搶占該市場的緊迫性;其次,通過運用SWOT分析,剖析青銅峽聯(lián)社發(fā)展小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅,制定青銅峽聯(lián)社小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務發(fā)展策略,比如目標市場策略、產(chǎn)品策略、風險策略等,最后為保障小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務發(fā)展策略的有效實施,從機構設置、經(jīng)營理念、績效考核體系、流程建設、人才隊伍建設等方面為青銅峽聯(lián)社的小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務發(fā)展提出了具有建設性的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The "decision" of the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to "enhance and improve the innovative consciousness and ability of small and micro enterprises" and "strengthen the support for small and micro enterprises." small and micro enterprises are an important driving force for China's economic growth. The data of the past three years show that the contribution to GDP of our country is above 60%, and has become a powerful booster to promote the development and construction of national economy, which plays an important role in flourishing the market, promoting technological innovation, providing employment opportunities, etc. At the same time, With their flexible operating system and good adaptability, small and micro enterprises have made great contributions to promoting the economic transformation and structural adjustment of our country. However, the difficulty of financing and loans have been the main factors restricting the development of small and micro enterprises in recent years. From the government to the bank, a series of exploration and research on how to solve this problem have been carried out, but the contradiction has not been solved fundamentally. On the other hand, the bank can promote the development of the bank by solving the financing problem of small and micro enterprises. The Rural Credit Cooperation Association of Qingtongxia City (hereinafter referred to as Qingtongxia Association) is a small and medium-sized financial institution in rural areas with considerable influence in the local area. This paper takes Qingtongxia Association as an example, and takes the small and micro enterprise credit business of Qingtongxia Association as the research object. Firstly, this paper analyzes the competition in various aspects of Qingtongxia Association, and points out the importance of sustainable development of credit business of small and micro enterprises and the urgency of seizing the market. Secondly, through the use of SWOT analysis, To analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Qingtongxia Alliance in developing the credit business of small and micro enterprises, and to formulate the development strategy of the small and micro enterprise credit business of Qingtongxia Association, such as target market strategy, product strategy, risk strategy, etc. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of small and micro enterprise credit business development strategy, from the establishment of institutions, business philosophy, performance appraisal system, process construction, Some constructive suggestions are put forward for the development of credit business of small and micro enterprises of Qingtongxia Association.
