【摘要】：在這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)時(shí)代，協(xié)作應(yīng)用程序通過公民提示政府城市漏洞而幫助地方政府管理城市。協(xié)同應(yīng)用與社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)不同，因?yàn)樗麄兪轻槍?duì)事件驅(qū)動(dòng)通信，而不是同步/異步交互。 本文主要采用地方政府的一種創(chuàng)新眾包的思想。所有公民通過使用自己的智能手機(jī)應(yīng)用程序都將參與到城市管理當(dāng)中，去管理城市混亂，，城市漏洞，損壞的交通紅綠燈，意外事故等等。公民為城市漏洞拍照并提交。服務(wù)端會(huì)檢查識(shí)別重復(fù)的城市漏洞警報(bào)，并將其發(fā)送給城府管理員和管理此情況的承包商。維修警報(bào)的進(jìn)度可以隨時(shí)被監(jiān)控并且所有利益相關(guān)者可以隨時(shí)查看其狀態(tài)。此功能的框圖可以處理和跟蹤每一個(gè)輸入以確保整個(gè)服務(wù)的整體質(zhì)量。同時(shí)另外的項(xiàng)目會(huì)提供相關(guān)的商業(yè)智能功能。 系統(tǒng)具有分層的架構(gòu);每一個(gè)利益相關(guān)者研發(fā)了更高級(jí)別的價(jià)值主張，這些利益相關(guān)者包括負(fù)責(zé)城市服務(wù)承包商，管理消息提醒的政府管理員，并當(dāng)然包括公民�；�于網(wǎng)絡(luò)更低級(jí)服務(wù)的每一個(gè)價(jià)值主張（應(yīng)用），包括谷歌地圖，GCM（谷歌的云端通訊），HSV（色調(diào)，飽和度，值）的空間直方圖等等。另一個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn):信息內(nèi)容概念的語義相似性分析;結(jié)合地理位置因素使用這種算法可以控制重復(fù)消息警報(bào)。最后，數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)支持其他相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的商業(yè)智能功能，這個(gè)將會(huì)在其他論文里闡述。然而整個(gè)應(yīng)用架構(gòu)反應(yīng)一個(gè)開源策略和分層類型的服務(wù)體系。 本文詳細(xì)討論了CSMA的需求，設(shè)計(jì)分析，實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試。這個(gè)眾包系統(tǒng)側(cè)重于城市漏洞的提交和核查。它還分析了城市漏洞的相似性并介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在最后，它詳細(xì)描述了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試過程。
[Abstract]:In this age of web services, collaborative applications help local governments manage cities by alerting them to government city vulnerabilities.Collaborative applications are different from social networks because they are event-driven communication rather than synchronous / asynchronous interactions.This article mainly adopts the local government one kind of innovation crowdsourcing thought.All citizens will be involved in urban governance by using their own smartphone apps to manage city chaos, city vulnerabilities, damaged traffic lights, accidents, and so on.Citizens photograph and submit for urban loopholes.The server checks to identify duplicate city vulnerability alerts and sends them to the city governor and the contractor who manages the situation.Progress of maintenance alerts can be monitored at any time and all stakeholders can view their status at any time.The block diagram of this feature can process and track each input to ensure the overall quality of the service.At the same time, other projects will provide related business intelligence features.The system has a hierarchical architecture; each stakeholder has developed a higher level of value proposition, including city service contractors, government administrators who manage alerts and, of course, citizens.Every value proposition based on the network's lower level services (applications, including Google Maps GCM (Google's cloud communications) HSV (hue, saturation, value) spatial histogram, etc.Another key point is semantic similarity analysis of information content concepts, and the use of this algorithm in combination with geographical location can control repeated message alerts.Finally, database services support the business intelligence capabilities of other related projects, which will be discussed in other papers.However, the entire application architecture reflects an open source strategy and a hierarchical type of service architecture.This paper discusses the requirements, design analysis, implementation and testing of CSMA in detail.This crowdsourcing system focuses on the submission and verification of urban vulnerabilities.It also analyzes the similarity of urban vulnerabilities and introduces the system design and system implementation.Finally, it describes the system testing and system testing process in detail.
