HL公司財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的跨地區(qū)、跨行業(yè)的企業(yè)相繼出現(xiàn),各個(gè)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)亦日益激烈。財(cái)務(wù)管理是企業(yè)管理的核心,但是一些企業(yè)集團(tuán)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本高,財(cái)務(wù)工作效率低,財(cái)務(wù)信息質(zhì)量差。因此,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模擴(kuò)張和提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,開始有更多的企業(yè)采用新的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式——財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式。財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)的構(gòu)建能夠促進(jìn)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)職能的轉(zhuǎn)變,提高企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)工作的效率,提升企業(yè)的整體價(jià)值。 本文采用案例研究方法,以HL公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀作為研究對(duì)象。通過對(duì)HL公司當(dāng)前的財(cái)務(wù)管理狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析和總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)HL公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理出現(xiàn)了運(yùn)營(yíng)成本高、財(cái)務(wù)工作效率低下以及財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略定位模糊等問題,以此認(rèn)為HL公司建立財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式是非常有必要的。 本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前HL公司存在的這些問題,重點(diǎn)闡述如何為HL公司構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式。先是結(jié)合財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式構(gòu)建的指導(dǎo)思想,建立了財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心作為財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式運(yùn)行的載體,接下來對(duì)HL公司當(dāng)前的財(cái)務(wù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行重新整合,重新設(shè)計(jì)了財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程,并對(duì)當(dāng)前的信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重新設(shè)置和更新。 最后本文結(jié)合HL公司的情況,從思想觀念轉(zhuǎn)型、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和財(cái)務(wù)信息質(zhì)量等幾方面提出了財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式運(yùn)行的相關(guān)措施和建議。希望通過對(duì)HL公司財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式構(gòu)建的研究,能夠?yàn)镠L公司財(cái)務(wù)管理變革提供初步指引,本文對(duì)指導(dǎo)HL公司實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)模式具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, more and more cross-regional enterprises have emerged, and the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Financial management is the core of enterprise management. However, some enterprise groups have high operating costs, low financial efficiency and poor financial information quality. Therefore, in order to achieve large-scale expansion and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, More and more enterprises begin to adopt the new financial management mode-financial sharing service mode, which can promote the transformation of financial functions, improve the efficiency of financial work and enhance the overall value of enterprises. This paper adopts the case study method, taking the present situation of financial management of HL Company as the research object. Through the investigation and analysis of the current financial management situation of HL Company, it is found that the operating cost of the financial management of HL Company is high. The financial work is inefficient and the position of financial management strategy is vague, so it is very necessary for HL company to establish financial shared service mode. This paper focuses on how to construct the financial sharing service model for HL company in view of these problems. Firstly, combining the guiding ideology of the financial sharing service model construction, the paper focuses on how to construct the financial sharing service model for HL company. The financial sharing service center is established as the carrier of the financial sharing service mode, and then the current financial organization structure of HL company is reintegrated, and the financial business process is redesigned. And the current information system is reset and updated. Finally, according to the situation of HL Company, from the ideological transformation, This paper puts forward some relevant measures and suggestions for the operation of financial sharing service model from the aspects of team building and financial information quality, and hopes to study the construction of financial sharing service model of HL Company. It can provide the initial guidance for the financial management reform of HL company. This paper has certain practical significance to guide HL company to implement the financial sharing service mode.
