【摘要】：對(duì)比國內(nèi)市場(chǎng),國際市場(chǎng)競爭日趨激烈,面對(duì)特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,實(shí)際經(jīng)營過程中存在著各種不可預(yù)見因素相應(yīng)增多,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相應(yīng)增加,使項(xiàng)目盈利變小的趨勢(shì)明顯,使財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)明顯存在增大和復(fù)雜的趨勢(shì)。 財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)貫穿于整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的全過程,如若控制不當(dāng),不僅會(huì)引起項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益降低、利潤和資金流失、也會(huì)導(dǎo)致資金短少、企業(yè)支付能力削弱、信用下降、產(chǎn)生額外費(fèi)等問題,嚴(yán)重的會(huì)出現(xiàn)的融資、投資、資金回收和利益分配等一系列惡劣的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。正是由于項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會(huì)給企業(yè)造成無法彌補(bǔ)的損失,所以項(xiàng)目管理中,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理儼然成為一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和控制,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的管理手段,回避、轉(zhuǎn)移、自保和消除財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,對(duì)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理和項(xiàng)目管理有著重要意義。鑒于當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)競爭激烈和國際市場(chǎng)與國內(nèi)不同的特點(diǎn),國際項(xiàng)目應(yīng)該積極的實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,提高項(xiàng)目管理水平,是項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。 我們要建立良好的項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)控制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理環(huán)境,還要選擇科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方法,加強(qiáng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的監(jiān)督和改進(jìn)。防范,規(guī)避,化解項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。爭取項(xiàng)目取得經(jīng)濟(jì)利益和社會(huì)效益最大化。 本論文是針對(duì)孟加拉國麻纖維及麻漿粕項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和控制研究,采用多種研究方法此項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)部分進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析和研究,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別,度量,制定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方案和保障措施,降低各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響。其主要目的是分析該項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)構(gòu)成和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。并對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)采取規(guī)避和降低措施的提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Compared with the domestic market, the international market is becoming more and more competitive. In the face of the special economic environment, there are various unforeseen factors and the corresponding increase of risks in the actual operation process, which makes the project profit become smaller. So that the financial risk is obviously increasing and complex trend. Financial risk runs through the whole process of the whole project. If it is not properly controlled, it will not only lead to the decrease of economic benefit, profit and capital loss, but also lead to the shortage of funds, the weakening of enterprise's ability to pay, and the decline of credit. A series of bad financial risks, such as financing, investment, capital recovery and profit distribution, will occur seriously. It is precisely because the project financial risk will cause irreparable losses to the enterprise, so in project management, Risk management has become a key link. Strengthen financial risk analysis and control, use scientific management means, avoid, transfer, self-protect and eliminate the impact of financial risk, It is of great significance to project financial management and project management. In view of the fierce market competition and the different characteristics of international market and domestic market, international projects should actively implement financial risk control and improve project management level. It is the key link of project financial control. We should establish a good project financial control and risk management environment, choose scientific project financial risk control methods, strengthen the supervision and improvement of project risk. Resolve the financial risk of the project and strive to maximize the economic and social benefits of the project. This paper is aimed at the financial risk analysis and control research of Bangladesh hemp fiber and hemp pulp project. The financial part of this project is analyzed and studied in detail by various research methods, and the financial risk of the project is identified and measured. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the financial composition and financial risk of the project, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to avoid and reduce the financial risk.
