【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈,技術(shù)革新和管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)換成為企業(yè)是否能夠立足市場的關(guān)鍵所在,供應(yīng)鏈管理是一種追求整體利益最優(yōu)化的集成化管理模式。在此情況下,對整條供應(yīng)鏈在成本、客戶響應(yīng)、庫存方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,同時,在引入不公平關(guān)切理論的條件下,探討供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點之間契約方式,尋求最佳的供應(yīng)鏈運營模式,提升供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力,具有理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。本課題在研究分析前人成果后,理論分析和實際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合,以T集團M事業(yè)部A產(chǎn)品所在的供應(yīng)鏈為例,進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈成本優(yōu)化及協(xié)調(diào)仿真研究。 (1)總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈成本優(yōu)化及協(xié)調(diào)研究的現(xiàn)狀,并概括了目前存在的主要問題。 (2)分析了傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈與基于VMI供應(yīng)鏈運作機理,傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈的的弊端及采用VMI的必要性；同時,以實際企業(yè)為例,劃分了企業(yè)了成本子系統(tǒng)；論證了采用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)仿真模擬供應(yīng)鏈成本優(yōu)化及協(xié)調(diào)的可行性。 (3)從系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的角度建立了傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈和基于VMI模式的供應(yīng)鏈因果反饋環(huán)路；運用Vensim_PLE軟件構(gòu)建了傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈和基于VMI模式的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)流圖,并對模型進(jìn)行有效性測試。 (4)以T集團M事業(yè)部A產(chǎn)品2013年1月至2013年12月周銷量為輸入端,觀察制造商和零售商的庫存、訂單響應(yīng)情況、客戶需求變化以及供應(yīng)鏈運作的總成本等參數(shù),結(jié)果證明T集團M事業(yè)部A產(chǎn)品所在的供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)采用VMI模式,可以有效的降低庫存,減小牛鞭效應(yīng),降低總成本；同時對供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化提出了合理化建議。 (5)將不公平關(guān)切理論引入到VMI供應(yīng)鏈模型中,針對制造商管理零售商庫存所產(chǎn)生的成本,調(diào)節(jié)兩者之間的分?jǐn)傁禂?shù),觀察關(guān)切度的波動情況。 (6)建立不公平關(guān)切下與收益共享契約相結(jié)合新的供應(yīng)鏈運作模式,觀察固定批發(fā)價和利潤調(diào)整模型下不公平關(guān)切度的變化,比較三中方式中制造商、零售商成本、利潤以及不公平關(guān)切度等參數(shù),最終確定最適合A產(chǎn)品的運營模式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Supply chain management (SCM) is an integrated management model which pursues the optimization of overall interests.In this case, the whole supply chain is optimized in terms of cost, customer response and inventory. At the same time, under the condition of introducing the theory of unfair concern, the contract mode between the nodes of the supply chain is discussed to find the best supply chain operation mode.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of supply chain.After studying and analyzing the previous achievements, this paper combines the theory analysis with the practical application, taking the supply chain in which the product A of M Division of T Group is located as an example, carries on the supply chain cost optimization and the coordination simulation research.This paper summarizes the current situation of research on supply chain cost optimization and coordination at home and abroad, and summarizes the main problems.2) analyzing the operation mechanism of traditional supply chain and supply chain based on VMI, the disadvantages of traditional supply chain and the necessity of adopting VMI, taking the actual enterprise as an example, dividing the cost subsystem of enterprise.The feasibility of simulating supply chain cost optimization and coordination by system dynamics simulation is demonstrated.3) the traditional supply chain and supply chain causal feedback loop based on VMI mode are established from the point of view of system dynamics, and the dynamic flow diagram of traditional supply chain and supply chain system based on VMI mode is constructed by using Vensim_PLE software.The validity of the model is tested.In order to observe the inventory, order response, customer demand change and the total cost of the supply chain operation, the T Group M business unit A product sales volume from January 2013 to December 2013 was used as input, and the inventory of manufacturers and retailers, order response, customer demand change and total cost of supply chain operation were observed.The results show that the supply chain of T Group M Division A products should adopt VMI mode, which can effectively reduce inventory, bullwhip effect and total cost, and at the same time put forward some reasonable suggestions for supply chain optimization.The unfair concern theory is introduced into the VMI supply chain model to adjust the allocation coefficient and observe the fluctuation of the degree of concern in view of the cost incurred by the manufacturer to manage the retailer's inventory.(6) to establish a new supply chain operation model under unfair concern and income sharing contract, observe the change of unfair concern under fixed wholesale price and profit adjustment model, compare the cost of manufacturer and retailer in three middle schools.Profit and unfair degree of concern and other parameters to determine the most suitable for product A operating mode.
